Asked for tarter sauce, a kids drink with a kids meal and a receipt. They forgot all 3, but said they were in the bag. I asked if there was a wait for certain items, employee said no, took my money and then asked me to park out front and she would bring out my order. So there was a wait but I had already purchased the meal.

Drive thru worker rushed us through ordering never asked for sides or dipping sauce. When we got to window we were not given a receipt. When I asked if we could exchange the coleslaw because I did not want that as a side I was told it’s left the window sorry. When I asked if I could have gravy as dipping sauce I was told sorry that costs extra (after we already had paid). And then we were basically brushed off. I’d love to call and complain but like I said there is no receipt. This is worst customer service I’ve ever gotten from a place that had no customers there.

Ordered 3 famous bowls for delivery and got someone else order. We got someone else order for 2 ppl. We are a family of 3. We call the store to have it fixed and they were playing music so loud they couldn’t even hear me on the phone. As a manager for a local restaurant this is completely unacceptable and completely unprofessional. After being at work all day I was too tired to cook. And wanted something easy for my family. Completely disappointed. Negative stars if I could.

This was a horrible experience. The A/C was broken. The chicken from Long John’s tasted like the oil was old and going bad. We brought it to the cooks attention, and she denied it wasn’t. We left very disappointed and will not be returning.

Went to pick up an online order for chicken and decided I also wanted fish. The cashier at the front was on her phone and not paying attention at all. One of the cooks in the back had to get her attention before acknowledging my presence. She also stayed on the phone the whole time I was placing my order and then reluctantly put it down to hand me my food.

Disappointed in quality and portions. Biscuits dry and freezer burnt, no gravy with what we’re supposed to be mashed potatoes, corn was not fresh (or freshly frozen) and ill-prepared, the extra crispy chicken was not all that crispy, and it had that sat-in-it’s-own-blood flavor, but the small amount of cole slaw we got was good.
