I haven’t had KFC in a while because there really isn’t a location near me. But I decided to take a trip to the nearest one. I noticed that the biscuits got smaller and the coleslaw tasted different than what I remember. Chicken and mashed potatoes were delicious. The only downside i noticed was they didn’t fill my sides up that much in their containers.

Pretty awful. Cashier was unintelligible. Order came out wrong and when I took it back up there to let them know they asked if I touched it. When I said yes, they said we can’t take it back to which I replied ok that’s fine but I would still like what I ordered. Blank stares ensued. They gave me one of the two pieces and l guess called that good enough. The fries were old… so old that i think they could qualify for social security. Hushpuppies were good though.

This is a shared business with Long John Silvers. I had the fish and shrimp platter. It was very good. Very crispy and cooked perfectly! Love their hush puppies and the little crispies made from the batter used to dip the fish and shrimp for deep frying. I will definitely be a return customer as I have been in the past!

So once again… I tried .. I made an online order at 725pm. The ap gave notice the order was ready at 745pm. Got there…2 tables had folks eating. 2 cars in the drive thru.. 1 person waiting in front of me. One person came in behind me to make a direct order. Not busy. Nothing was in the pick up area. Ok. The lady in front of me & I had tenders on our order. They said they had to cook more up as they ran out. O fine. Yes I am annoyed as hell. Thank God I have patients. So the we both waited. It is tenders. It should be that long. Umm. 45mins what they said. The lady in front of me lost it. She left. I hope she gets the full refund. Now I see they are pulling tenders out for orders as another person made thier direct order. This is now 20 mins waiting. The gentleman who came in after me who directly ordered a pot pie ( this location is famous for only having 1 and it is usually burnt or under cooked) and a spicy chicken sandwich. It took them 30 mins to get his order out. I am at this time invested. It is almost an hr now. Then I ask what is the hold up as now I see the tenders bucket get refilled. Now they tell me my Krispy chicken pieces are needing to be cooked. This is another 15 mins!! There are 4 people working g this shift with no large traffic demand. I am floored. The last 10 mins a young man made his order and was about to get a refund at this point. Whatever is going on at this franchise I have no clue. It is getting worse. They seriously need to take the Long John Silvers menu down as they do not sale these products. A major fraud issue. I am just hoping now that I am home with my order. 8 pieces of Krispy mixed piece & 10 tenders are not burnt and actually done all the way through. I think it will be another 9 months before I come back. Oh FYI if you get a coupon as an apology do not take it. They do not honor them. Get a refund and file a corporation complaint.

Ordered a 16 piece family meal and asked for barbecue and ranch. Gave us ONE ranch and ONE barbecue sauce. FOR SIXTEEN PIECES OF CHICKEN. Never again. Don’t recommend.

Ordered fish and shrimp but got chicken instead of fish. Guy taking the order got it wrong on the fish. Got fries instead of mashed potatoes. I can live with fries but when you are expecting fish, chicken isn’t even close. Really ruins your meal. Thanks KFC/LJS
