Ordered a chicken box the fries and nuggets were cold I went back around the drive thru and told the employee she went and got the manager Who refused to touch the fries or nuggets claimed she just ate one and they were hot when they came out So i literally grabbed the cold items bare hand and she refused to touch them is it because they had possibly gotten cold while I waited 15 minutes for my meal great customer service refused to remake them all while maintaining they were hot when they came out (she ate one) I’m sure they were at one time but lady if I have them in my bare hands do you really think they are still hot!!! In the end she gave me my money back because she refused to remake them they will be the same she said really the chicken was extremely hot I couldn’t touch it but there fries are nuggets apparently cold and stale ….. If you like cold and stale fries and nuggets this is the right place for you to dine at ……I will not return to this place again the manager with that attitude it will for sure keep me away …..

I drove to Uvalde just the other day! I decided to stop by KFC, for original chicken! When I got my order I called the young kid at the counter! I asked him if this was original or crispy! He told me original, didn’t look like what I had ordered! It was more than crispy! It was dried and burnt! Never will I visit this place again!

Apparently covid caused them to get worse than they already were. KFC used to have a fairly decent lunch for six bucks. My wife and I would come once in awhile. She got the pot pie and I got the extra crispy chicken breast came with a biscuit and a cookie. They’ve taken away the cookie and they took away the choice of a chicken breast. And the pot pie is about a third less in volume than it was before. The place is dirty the front door you can hardly open you’ve got to lay out at a 45° angle to leave the place it’s so hard to open it. There’s no reason to come here move on and eat somewhere that they want your business.

Pulled up to the window at 9:15 & they told me they were out of chicken sándwiches for the night, i told her i would wait she said it would take 30 minutes to hand batter them. She said they were out of biscuits & ketchup too. If you know you are running low why not start making them instead of running out and letting people leave? Maybe if multiple workers weren’t outside on their phones you wouldn’t have this problem. Wasn’t even offered a substitution for my biscuits.
