I had the four pieces of chicken with a biscuit and mash good value for money. The flavor of the chicken was good and it was crispy,but the chicken itself was a little bit on the dry side but stil nice,the lady that served me was super friendly and the atmosphere was very nice,the shop was clean and the restrooms to.

This restaurant needs a change of staff. The lady that took my order was very rude and when I asked what drinks they have she replied “Pepsi products.” Forgive me, but I don’t work for Pepsi and I don’t know the drinks that fall under “Pepsi products.” And then, as if that wasn’t bad enough, as I approach the window to pay, the lady walks away and did not come back. Another employee saw me waiting and informed me that they were in the middle of a shift change. I waited an additional 15 minutes while they took their time. Totally unacceptable. I will never spend my money there again. Don’t waste your money.

Went through the drive through. Took the order home and half the stuff I ordered wasn’t there. Went back they didn’t even have it set aside. They had to still make the rest of the order. Tried to be friendly but they were just rude.

Worst experience ever ! When ordering online their website did not mention they were out of anything . Cashier was no help when I asked how to get my refund . He specifically told me I was needing to call but didn’t specify who or seemed like he wanted to help me out . If I could give this a 0 rating I would. Currently trying to figure out how to get my $41.65 dollars back .

Extremely bad service, I waited 40+min for my pickup order, no one was wearing a name tag and everyone had headphones. 2 lady’s were just talking and others weren’t doing anything. The point of doing an online order is for it to be ready by when customer arrives. 8+ cars waiting outside for their drive thru order. It clearly shows that management doesn’t have any control of their staff and don’t care about customers. A customer went in and complained because his order was not ready yet and he’d been waiting almost an hour. The kitchen was a mess and I will not be going here again.

I arrived about 930 pm there was a line. So, I parked to go in. The doors was locked but lobby closes at 10/1030pm. As I am walking to my car. Two ppl get out of theirs I smelled MJ coming from the car. These two were employees. In the drive thru it took until 10:12 to finish getting my order. They was high in there. No one was talking. No eye contact.

30 minutes before closing, not busy, my food was set on the counter for almost 15 minutes. The one employee ignored us for almost 15 minutes then she had to look in the bag to see what was even in there. Food was lukewarm and flavorless. So disappointing.
