Signage on door clearly says lobby open until 10:00pm. We arrived at 9:00. Cashier told us dining area was open. Went to sit down and young girl mopping floors scolded us saying dining area is closed! So which is it?!!!

Probably one of the worst KFCs in El Paso. I ordered a 5 piece tender box for $15 and it was just all bad. First off I only got 3 tenders, and two very small pieces, basically nuggets. The tenders were hard, dry and old, they barely filled my fries, probably only 10 per containers, they only gave me one sauce and not even the sauce I had requested, and they gave me a completely crumbled biscuit. To say the least, I got sick after eating and frankly I don’t recommend going here if you want to get terrible food and cooks who can’t even own up to their mistakes when you call and confront them about their errors.

Food was good. The only reason why I gave it a 1* is because I didn’t get a forks, napkins nor the honey muster dip sauce. Know I’m sitting on my hotel room eating with my fingers. It makes me very upset to spend more than $35 on food and I can’t even enjoy it.

This place says it’s open at 10 and closes at 10 but doesn’t do either thing accurately. Their whole menu is supposed to be available throughout the day but close to closing they have nothing you want available to order. I can here to order at 10 and yea sure I get maybe you guys aren’t ready to start taking orders right away I’m willing to wait but I had to wait several minutes and they still hadn’t opened the front doors I resort to the drive thru and they give me an attitude because I’m at the drive thru at 10:05 and they aren’t ready to take orders yet. So I tell them I’m willing to come in and they finally get on it but it took 10 minutes and me having to plead with an unpleasant representative my case that it’s already past 10 just to get some food. I don’t mind the waiting I just despise the fact that I got attitude for being here when they open. This Is why I don’t come here and the only reason I came is for someone else’s food which frustrated me enough to come and leave this negative review because it was generally an unpleasant trip and took longer than. Expected due to service incompetence. Clean restaurant though so I appreciate that.
