I don’t really understand why this place gets such low marks. I usually buy family meals from here once every other week, and we’ve received nothing but courteous, accurate, and swift service. The dining area is clean as well, which is quite surprising seeing that this side of town and this neighborhood might call for a less appealing establishment.

Don’t recommend this place, I get a charge Igor something I didn’t order and all I can get is store credit. Why would I even bother coming back, if I was so disappointed the first time. Customer satisfaction should be your first priority, also supervisors should be replaced.

They NEVER have most of the menu items. I’ve gone multiple days now to ask if they have any pot pies and they say no every time. I asked when they will be in stock and they say tomorrow afternoon/evening. I show up to see if they have them and they say no again. I built the courage to ask why and they said because they don’t have the ingredients to make them, like what?? :/ I feel like if you go any time in the evening they get lazy and don’t want to cook the things that are probably harder to make so they say they don’t have it. I have gone way to many times and have gotten the same “we don’t have any” response. Go to the other location and save your time

We done drive thru, checked our order, got 4 pics fingers with extra slaw. Got home and the fingers were dry and spicy which we didn’t order. Only good thing was the Cole slaw. The biscuit was dry. Just not up to park. Poor poor

I pulled through to order the number 17 famous bowl. After waiting in the drive through someone finally comes on can I help you? What happened to welcome to KFC after he took my order he made a mumble under his breath like it was a problem taking my order. I get to the window and I ask who took my order coke to find out it was the manager of the restaurant asked for his name it was a guy named Daniel. Way to represent KFC Daniel don’t know how you got that position buddy but you definitely should get better customer service training. Won’t be back to this place!

This location needs to be shut down. They customer service is horrible and their food is disgusting . Their Mac N Cheese is watery and cheaper tasting thank box from the store. Do yourself a favor and cook it yourself or go to another place. They even have the nerve to say “finger licking good”, that’s a lie!

ORDER WRONG AGAIN!! Even with the management there. My husband ordered my 2 EXTRA CRISPY chicken breast. When he got home they were original recipe. I’m sorry that I don’t like your original recipe that I only like EXTRA CRISPY. I really want to say if you don’t know the difference between the two then you need more training or work somewhere that’s a little easier for you. BUT EVERY TIME I ORDER??!! You are either out or wrong. You can’t order properly on your end to ensure supply and demand of a popular product?! And you can’t tell the difference in your product?! Someone needs fired and someone needs to be retrained. What I can’t believe is they still did it wrong with upper management there, some guy named Jesse….no one cares about quality control anymore. KFC is also taking advantage of the fact that we only have 1 location on this side of town, the worst one in the city. Thanks KFC!
