Knowing a purchase would be required, I immediately asked the cashier how much was needed to order to gain bathroom privileges. (I am a 53f with liver disease and had to PEE. Can’t eat anything on their menu due to my liver no longer functioning properly, but I have loved KFC since I was a kid in the 70s. But … The biscuits I will work out on the treadmill for so..) I said well give me a biscuit. Yes just one b/c my diet restrictions are severe. Well, the manager (?) Sitting on his butt in the office decides to switch it to a Full Meal requirement. I laughed, honestly, thinking it was a joke. It was not. Here I am doing exactly what I said I would do, leave a review. I bet the Col. rolled over in his grave. Shameful.

My son and I stepped in here to try out the chicken fried steak meal. The young lady at the counter took our order. While we were waiting for our food, the counter person continually yelled to another young lady who was in the food preparation area back and forth. It was very loud and boisterous. We looked for a place to sit, most of the tables had residual food on them, it’s probable that they were really busy before we arrived and simply didn’t have time to clean up. We did find a table that had been cleaned. We picked up our food at the counter and sat at the table to eat. The chicken fried steak was served quite crispy and hot, it was very good. The mashed potatoes and the coleslaw were perfect. This is a great choice for a quick meal if you can stand a lot of hollering.

This is one place you don’t not want to eat at I found the head of a mouse it was fried omg I went back to show them and the manager said I probably put the fried head of the mouse in the box he has all kinds of photos of him on the wall photos don’t run a business good team work dose I got my money back and left while I was leaving another person came in and she had the rest of the body of the mouse in her big bucket of chicken please people don’t eat here you will get so sick you could die he doesn’t care all he cares about is his photos on the dam wall Warning DONT EAT HEAR.

We were told to pull up to the front and they would bring our order out. After 25 minutes I went inside and was told they were waiting on the fries. There were 3 people in the dining area waiting on food and 2 other people walked inside to pick up their “drive-thru” orders. 10 minutes later I was handed my order and walked to my car and noticed I was missing 2of 3 orders of fries and a Capri Sun. I went back inside and had to wait another 15 minutes for the fries. By this time our food was cold, my chicken sandwich was hard and dry.
