Where to begin… I order drive thru, they ask me to pull into a spot so they can make the chicken tenders. 30 minutes pass with NOTHING, at this point 5 people who came after me have got their orders. I go inside and after telling them they start making my order right in front of me. Completely forgot my order. Oh and by the way they ALWAYS take long making orders.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME AT THIS LOCATION!!!! I have ordered twice from this location. Both times were a 8 piece chicken strips with 4 dipping sauces selected. Both times I received 0 sauces whatsoever! Are you serious?? That’s actually should be considered theft as it’s part of what I paid for and did not again… not to mention how truly bad they tasted both times being chewy as if they just sit under a heat lamp for hours, especially even worse with zero dipping sauces. I will not waste my time or money at this location again.. The orders simply read “”8 piece tenders then list the 4 sauces”” and you allow this to happen the 2 times I trusted to spend my money at your restaurant! Unacceptable and disturbing!

Pulled into the drive thru to grab lunch. Greeted by new employee on the Mic. After putting order in and driving up to window, I noticed the Chicken little sandwiches I ordered were highly overpriced. I ask to have them removed. When I asked this the employee yells out to kitchen, but was loud enough for the restaurant to hear. I am not sure this is the people you want to interact with public. He then went on to stack an insult on top of it. claiming he didn’t mean to hurt my ego. I left without my order and will never approach this restaurant again. Will make sure the corporate office is aware of how the store is run.

Was having difficulties ordering in the drive thru with no one behind us, apparently my wife had ordered prior but a different amount of the nuggets, the lady taking our order verbally said “oh my God” like she was annoyed. Still got the food to us, everything was fine, it was just that little thing, that was negative.

Drove up ordered and paid – told to wait out front. Ten minutes or more someone comes out to say they have no chicken and just put more on to cook. 40 minutes later I receive my food. Ordered crispy, got original and it was a greasy mess. The biscuits actually were hard as a rock. Just awful! Frequent this place several times a month – believe I’m going to take an extended break.

Kudos to the people that showed up to work today. They were extremely short staffed and had to close the dining room. So that led to long wait times at the drive through. As crazy as it was, everyone was working as hard and fast as they could. Todays lunch time staff deserves a raise!
