I’ve pulled up to the drive-through window at 6:15, had to pay in advance as always. I should’ve driven away, but I don’t like throwing my money away, I was still waiting at 7 pm. The product has slipped it’s usually old and doesn’t taste anywhere near as good as it used to and the service is just ridiculously. Not a snowballs chance in Saigon of my coming back.

When I entered the store, there were at least five employees there, three employees were at the front counter but no one acknowledged me. I stand there for awhile until I asked, “if someone will be helping me.” Finally, the lady acknowledged me and told someone to go help me.

I went to this store and ordered in person. I got a 12 piece bucket meal. I asked how many drum sticks came with it. I was told 3. I ordered 2 additional drumsticks for $7. When I got home (20 minutes away). No additional drumsticks and only 2 in the bucket. My kids were sooo upset. When I called the store, the person I spoke with was very rude and hung up on me.

Very disappointing experience today. Went through the drive thru and ordered chicken strips and fries. I went to the window and was asked to pull forward to a parking spot. My food came out 5 or so minutes later and i did not have fries. Went back through and told the person working that I was missing food. I hadn’t been charged for it, so I payed and was asked again to pull forward. I waited for about 15 minutes and went back through. When the window opened there were 3 people and one person asked if I was uber eats or Doordash. I said no and explained what was going on. I was again asked to pull forward into a spot, to which I declined. This made the original person from the window angry. He asked again for me to pull forward and I again declined. He then went off on me about how they are supposed to have vehicles through the line in a certain amount of time and I was messing that up. He then argued with the woman that was getting the fries and telling her that i wouldnt move. He walked away, she handed me the bag, said thank you and closed the window. None of them seemed to care and nothing was said about how I was spoken to. I work in the customer service industry and i understand that they were busy, but after being in their lot for more than 20 minutes, having someone get angry with me over their time was very disrespectful. Also, by this time, all of the food was cold.

We waited so long just to get food as more cars started to pack up. Staff was so slow and unorganized. I would literally establish a Popeyes next to you guys just because service was that bad. Service was so dog water, you actually made me take the time to write my first review. I think I aged 10 years just from waiting for the food.

I used to go there a lot but they don’t like to listen and then I call and talk to a manager and she said oh we didn’t hear it and that’s all she didn’t offer nothing or anything so I asked for 2 chicken sliders no pickles that’s the only thing I get there and it’s always no pickles and I say it very loud and very clear You guys got it right yesterday but today you decided not to and on top of thit seemed like a lot of pickles I work in the fast food and I know nobody’s perfect but recognize it don’t give an excuse. The most important thing about this situation is that I’m allergic to pickles. So maybe this lawsuit I’m about to have I’ll put a popeye’s right next to you guys and put you out of business!
