West Colfax Avenue location was visited, not west Alameda. Quick service, food as it should be. Service was friendly and professional (much better than other KFC). Another customer had issues with her credit card about being locked(customer error). The employee was very patient with her unusual situation and still took care of other customers’ needs in between. I would recommend a pay raise if available. Don’t let these people leave your employment.

It gets 2 stars for the good looking employee, but honestly, this is the filthiest place I’ve ever been in. My feet stuck to floor, it smelled like nyc, you couldn’t sit down or touch a single surface… really, really gross. But, like a said, there was a great looking, super friendly guy working, so 2 stars

I don’t know why this location is even open. Went through the drive-thru ordered a famous bowl and a kid’s Hot Dog meal were told that they didn’t have any french fries asked what my options were to be met with snooty attitude from the employee. Pull up to the second window pay for my food get my two root beer floats that are overflowing to the point that they actually took a step back and they handed me more napkins because they knew they were overflowing and I was going to need them and then asked me to pull forward. I was the only person in the Drive-Thru line that wasn’t a single person in front of me or behind me I took the 2 minutes to go ahead and clean up the disaster of root beer float I was handed and before I was even done the employee was back at the window telling me that the manager demanded I move my car up to the front so they didn’t get hit for their drive-through times. I would have moved had that second altercation not occurred so I told the employee to have their manager come speak to me whom refused to come up to the window so I refuse to move my car so over it corporate needs to come in and deal with this kind of stuff

No parking even though the lobby is practically empty, then inside I stood waiting at the counter for 10 minutes before someone even acknowledged me then another 10 before I decided to leave. In that time I saw one patron be handed the incorrect food and he didn’t even want them to correct it presumably because he knew it wasn’t worth however long it would take to correct. They also had to ask the other people in the lobby a few times what they ordered like they have no way of keeping track of their orders. If you’re going to have only a couple of employees on staff at least have the sense to close the lobby so they don’t have to juggle both.

I recommend that when visiting this location, I ask to have your food made fresh if you have time to wait, I did not. I ordered two large popcorn chicken and a large fry. The chicken was like crumbs that you would find in the bottom of a bag of store bought chicken that sat in the warmer too long. Really no chicken, just fried old stale fried pieces of breading. The French fries were warm but chewy and had a funny old stale taste to them, like they were in the warmer way too long. And I give service one star because they prepared my order I should have known better to serve such poor quality. So my recommendation is if you have time to wait for fresh cooked chicken, go there if not pass on this location. Will repost an update if I ever go back.
