I ordered lunch at the drive through and handed my Granddaughter her chicken fingers. I grabbed my chicken sandwich layed the napkin’s on the console and a baby roach crawled out which I killed. I called to let the Manager know and he wanted to tell me his napkins were wrapped. So what a roach is still a roach. I just wanted them to be aware and take a look. But since he wanted to pretend like I was seeing things I wanted others to know.

I have always hated this location next to my house, as over the years the staff were rude, place was dirty and food slopped together. I gave it another chance yesterday and everything was great. Fry oil that items were cooked in was fresh and clean, and staff were all nice. Hopefully the change last, otherwise I’ll continue driving 4 extra miles to one of the other locations.

This place continues to go downhill. No one answers phone. Always delays and confusion when ordering and it doesn’t matter if it’s the drive through or in the dining area. The Inside areas are not well kept and the kitchen floor always looks nasty.

Sides were wrong, service was subpar. While ordering, I was cut off and they started telling me my total. When food was brought out the employee (who wasn’t wearing a name tag) was snarky and rude. The employees need to be trained on good customer service. Would take any other place over this KFC, including the KFC on the other side of town.

Went and got some chicken for the family got a 16 piece chicken tender meal got the box and I only had eight pieces they shorted me on my chicken I was kind of annoyed at that called him up and they said sorry we can’t help you they don’t have my mac and cheese chicken bowls either probably not going to go back to this
