We pulled up to the drive through at 5pm and asked for the 8pc chicken crispy. They said it would be a 25 minute wait. For chicken. At KFC. At 5pm. On a Friday night. We went with the tenders regular cooked and we still waited about 10 minutes in the drive through- we were the only ones because everyone had left when they heard the wait for everything else was 25 mins. The chicken was a strange texture and dry and the mashed potatoes have gotten worse. Overall KFC has gone downhill- avoid at all costs and get your crunchy chicken craving fix somewhere else!

Drive Thru I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches. Sleepy at the window had a slow time responding but finally said pull up to the window. I arrive to the window and this little young man was so stoned out of his mind he couldn’t even speak as his droopy eylids were hanging down to his cheeks. I asked him if he was High, he said “Yes, can you tell” I said “Yes, you’re barely conscious”. He said “I can function”. I called the manager, and the manager is out of town this week. Folks, this is our youth. This is the people handling & preparing your food. You can bet he is not the only stoned guy in the building who can care less about being professional and working with the public. These are the people counting your change back, and the girl on the phone said…..”I can’t help what they do on their break”. No more restaurants for me. I threw my sandwiches in the trash and won’t be back.

Very disappointed. Chicken was dried out dog would net eat eat. One piece out of 16 was okay. Two packet of butter no honey. Cole slaw was mushy no crunch. Mashed potatoes were good and Mac and cheese was good. I was in Longmont I wish I went to the one in Brighton. Brighton closer to home.

Root Beer syrup was out. No Original Crispy chicken. Service was unbelievably slow. Crazy funny how the employees hide instead of coming to the counter to say why your order is delayed. When she came out, she said they had to wait for the biscuits. If she would have said that at first, I would have said I hate them and throw them away anyhow.

Haven’t been to KFC in a long time, so a coworker and I decided to swing by today. 8 Tenders (only) set us back $20. $20! Next time we’ll default back to ol’ reliable and take our hungry stomachs to Qdoba where at least it feels like you’re getting a decent amount of food for the money.

Done with this place. 3rd time in a row I have gotten bone dry chewy tasteless food. What they advertise is not what they sell. KFC, at least this one, is stealing your money when you order from them. Whoever manages this place should be charged with a crime.

Make sure you check all items before you leave. They left out one of our sides. I called to let them know and they really didn’t seems to care. I get it’s fast food but when I am paying $60 for chicken I expect everything to make it into the bag. The supervisor on duty said “well we are out of French fries” ok well why wasn’t I asked if I wanted another side? I guess if they are out of an item you order you are just SOL because they won’t ask if you would like something else. But be aware you will be charged for the out of stock item. The supervisor then started acting like the victim because apparently I sounded “angry”.

We have been to this location a few times in the last couple years. This last time, March 12, we received half sized sides of mashed potatoes, cole slaw and no butter with the biscuits. I understand that the economy is causing business hardships, but I expect to get the food I pay for. This restaurant has raised its prices but now provides less food for the higher price. They have lost a customer.
