I hate coming here and only do it because my kids ask me too. The place is immaculate and empty, the servers are friendly. It’s just so slow. Items are frequently forgotten. If you have any special requests, do not leave or move away from the window until you check it for yourself.

Horrible service girl would not come out from back and said, we don’t have register so you need to go through drive thru. Another nice young worker came to front to help and the other one snapped at her “NO we don’t have a drawer in that register!” She was snappy and kurt with demeanor of we don’t need business this kind of attitude should be shut down fast. Solutions should be the name of the game like you could order on the app and it would be ready quickly for you.

Picking up ubereats, they don’t know that, which is irrelevant anyway. First of all, the black guy was amazing and attentive. He could be working in a fancy restaurant. The rest of the crew just walked by me multiple times without even asking what I needed. There were about 5 employees total, no one in the drive thru and only a family of 3 ahead of me when I walked in.

So I deliver with Doordash. If you can avoid ordering from here, do it. It takes 20 minutes just to tell them I’m picking up an order. All they pay attention to is the drive thru. I literally had customers walking out after they ordered their food. They said it ain’t worth it and just went to McDonald’s. I mean literally the worst place to order food from and their lobby is empty. 0 customers there so no idea why they schedule 17 people to cover a shift yet the productivity is like the last minute on the Titanic. GOING UNDER! I am writing this while waiting to even speak with someone. So if my message is long you can imagine how long I am waiting. It’s ridiculously slow. McDonald’s figured it out you are in about 3 minutes. I deliver from there 5 x a day. KFC everyone avoiding it unless the money is worth it. And guess what it still hardly makes profit. Gosh I hate this place and everyone has the same opinion.

When ordering with 6 people the parking lot was empty and we were the only ones in the drive thru and the person taking the order kept asking if I was done multiple times. Absolutely no one around and rushed me for no reason. The speed of service was excellent especially when ordering from both menu’s. However the quesadilla was nothing but tortilla on the first quarter. The rest was fine, but it seemed like everyone was rushing for no reason.

Pictured 12 pc tender. I think rats fell into the fryer because I’m unsure this is chicken. It was overcooked, rubbery, tasteless and left a chemical slime residue afterwards. Did not come to close finishing this “bucket” of trite.

I ordered on the app, I work a night shift so I had to order pretty late, I made sure they weren’t closed. Then when I got to the location, my order was canceled and they told me they were closed. The doors were locked and they were already to go home for the night. I don’t understand why you would post that you are open if you are not. Very upsetting cause now I don’t get to eat.
