Ordered 2 meals, 1 came with wrong meat – ordered breast, got strips, took them long time to correct, should have been quick & no question, we had only opened the box. Other meal- the original style chicken was dried out. This was during meal time at 6p. Table was sticky, had not been cleaned. Very disappointed.

I could’ve killed and cooked the food faster. The drive thru speaker hasn’t worked in who knows how long. It took 20 minutes for 2 $5 fill ups. Not to mention they didn’t tell me they were out of what I ordered until after I ordered and had been waiting.

Today I was robbed at KFC. They were very friendly and the service was great. Until I got home and saw I was missing MY GRAVY. You can’t imagine the horror on my face as I realized I would have to eat plain mashed potatoes. TRAGIC.

Chicken pieces on famous bowl was terrible and service took a long time for 2 burritos and 1 famous bowl. Think I’ll keep with making my own food! Went back to see about another famous bowl, speaker said go to window…?….more than half hour wait in 95 degree day then cashier said no potatoes at dinner time? What? 5:45p.m. guess who will not be going back here!!! What a joke!!!

Horrible service. They stopped making their chicken hours before closing. And gave us old nasty food. Got a sandwich that wasn’t even right, dry chicken and old crusty sauce in the bun. DON’T GO HERE. Not worth it! If you want kfc, drive further towards Greeley. But the service and food was not good. This isn’t the first time they’ve done this either. Gave them a second chance. Not giving another.

Only reason there is 1 star is because i had to..this place is the worst kfc ever. They sell chicken right? Except anything my family wants..not 1 time has My order been correct! well once and the dogs got it because it was so old. Every order unless you get simple tacos has a substitution or it will be a hour wait ! If you get it im a normal time it’s because it’s been there all day or something is missing..never again

EVERY time I go here they mess up my order!! when I get my order it is someone else’s or it is completely WRONG all together. They tell us that they are out of food, or they did not make enough for the day. But I go in at 1700 to 1800 which is dinner time and they are out of certain food combos??? Do the mangers know how to read there daily reports to know how busy they were that day of the last week or month?? This way they will know how much food to cook for a shift???
