Worst kfc I have ever been to. Waited for my food for 20 minutes while the girl at the window just stood around. Received my food. Ordered a 8 piece meal. The chicken was rubbery, greasy, and about 4 hours old if I had to guess. Manager was understanding, giving me a refund, but made me prove by picture how bad the chicken was. That is a health concern. Only had 2 bites.

Just wanted 6 strips of chicken tenders. Asked if they had any specials on the tenders? The lady said no. (Not unless I want a bucket of chicken with all the fixings for approx. $30.) I was asked if I wanted anything else? I said no, just chicken. She said she’d have my total at the window. I said ok.

So I haven’t to a KFC for a good minute. While the drive-thru service was decent, I don’t think I can confidently say the same about the food. Also, they’ve raised the prices on their meals, which sucks, having to pay a minimum of at least 50% more; definitely not fun for anyone. Part of one of the strips was a bit undercooked, digusting. The coleslaw was soggy and runny, mashed potatoes and gravy lukewarm and sloppy, and a lack of soda choices. Granted, when joined with A&W, a lot of root beer is obvious. However, there are more choices for soda, like a Dr. Pepper or something besides Pepsi or their flat Sierra Mist.
