I ordered from this KFC just moments ago. 20-minute round trip to get home and find that my order was incorrect, and a piece of the chicken looked like someone maybe took a bite out of it before boxing it up . They asked me to pull around to the front so the food would be fresh, but they still got the order wrong. The chicken was dry, and I guess they must be running low on condiments as well aaahahahahah. I’m so disappointed that all I can do is laugh. Customer service and fast food has become a joke.

I ordered a 12 piece family meal at 5:35 pm on a Tuesday. It took me 5min to get home. The chicken was only warm. It was very dry and over cooked. All the sides came in large family containers but only had three small scoops in each container. They were out of biscuits and substituted them for cookies. I used to think KFC was one of the better restaurants in falcon! I no longer have those thoughts. I won’t be back! I wish them luck.

Walked in on Friday at 4pm. Female employee who appeared to be a shift leader ignored me and helped a new employee clock in and instructed him to watch training videos. Mid process she informed me she would help me in a minute. When she was done getting him on task, she walked right by me and back to the drive through window. Moments later I heard another employee ask her a question and she responded with “don’t fu$king talk to me right now, there are too many things going on.” Another employee just stood there looking around, doing not much of anything. I stood there for another minute or so before turning around to walk out as two employees just stood there and decided that standing around was more important than helping a customer. Much like the shift leader did. She is setting a great example for the staff there.

Not pleased with our meal at all. They had 1 job chicken sandwich and wedges, wedges were burnt, I have no ide what kind of chicken sandwich this waa supposed to be but you couldn’t even bite into it. Super sad, it’s not like they were busy!

This location is such a joke anymore. First off the price you pay for what you get is just a slap in the face. The sides are ridiculous. You get less than half a bowl of mashed potatoes. Did inflation cause kfc to give less? Same goes for the Mac and cheese. Family of 5 and you get 1 fork with 50 napkins. About the only good thing that came out of this was the chicken! Where has the quality service gone? Will never go back to this location again. It really shows with their rating. I would not recommend the falcon location!

Waited 30 minutes for my food. Then when I received my food there were missing items. Got my order corrected and got home to find out my fries had so much salt they weren’t edible. Then the chicken I ordered had a puddle of grease it was sitting in… roughly 1/3 cup of grease. They gave me a card for 2 free meals, but honestly I’d never order from here again. Terrible service and food so bad it had to been done purposely. Throwing my food away and never going back to this location. Be warned this place isn’t some where you want to eat. It’s fast food so my expectations are already low, but they clearly know how to take it to a new level.
