I would give zero stars if I could. Horrible service!!! Waited over 20 minutes while other people were waited on as we sit in lobby. Offer other customers drinks for the their wait while we sit. Finally went to counter asked how much longer and was told oh I thought so and so was making your order and gives me part of order that was sitting on counter for 20 minutes and my grandson’s meal wasn’t even started. HORRIBLE!!!! Asked for refund because I didn’t want cold food that had been sitting out. No apologies no nothing gave refund which took 10 minutes to do. HORRIBLE!!!!! STORE DIRTY and staff rude and not apologetic at all do not go here.

where do I start? Well I wish I could give zero stars. This KFC is the worst place to go to. They took my order which I spent 55 dollars on. Then they proceeded to walk around with these blank looks on their faces as they stared at my self, my mom and my son. They wasted over 20 minutes as half our order sat on their counter. As everyone else was getting food , including a door dasher who was offered a free drink for his wait a whole 5 mins. Finally when my mom got up and asked about our food she was told oh well I thought someone else was taking care of it. This of course was a lie and she was called out and told to give us a refund. As we were getting the refund that took an additional 15 minutes. I want to add this KFC is disgusting they clearly do not clean it as I saw bugs on the floor and in the lights. The tables were sticky and crusty. The floors were sticky with soda as if they never mop. I have written their cooperate office as well. I truly believe this place needs to be shut down and torn down. A coffee enigma would be better than this place.

Avoid this location at all cost. They will mess up your order and tell you they’re out of something instead of making it correctly. I order food online and had to wait over 45 minutes when I got to the store after they said it would be ready, and when it was ready, they come out saying, sorry only got dark meat but continue to hand out white meat and take white meat orders. This place is a joke when it comes to quality. The manager blames the cook and says we only got him and I can make him cook any faster, when that’s your job. This place is a joke.

We waited 25 minutes for some chicken nuggets, mini corn dogs And fries. Our fries were cold and though the girl said she was the only one running place, we saw at least one or two other people working in back and the place was empty except for one or two customers inside and one in the drive during our wait. Avoid at all costs.

The interior is always filthy. Trash is everywhere because the employees seem to never clean up. The floor doesn’t look like it has felt to touch of a mop or broom in days. The service is horrendous. You could be the only customer in the restaurant and there could be no one in the drive through and you will still have a 15 minute wait for even the simplest of orders.
