I went here twice in the past two weeks because I got some coupons; the only thing that tastes decent is the biscuit. If you think the chicken tastes good, it’s probably because you haven’t had quality chicken from a good restaurant before. Service is excellent, but I feel bad for the people who have to work there.

Ordered through UberEats – 3 piece box meal $15.00. Total order was $57.00. It was dropped off and I open the box to first find out that it isn’t what I ordered, then I see a piece of hair inside the box. But that’s not it, the first piece of chicken I take out of the box has a hair fried into it. I put the chicken back in the box only to see in the bottom of the box, ANOTHER piece of hair!! So I called, spoke with a young lady who I’m assuming put me on hold to talk to a manager? She comes back and says, “We asked the Uber Driver if we could just put something else in the box because we didn’t have the chicken you ordered. So there’s nothing we can do.” To which I responded, “the type of chicken I got is not really the issue… Uber didn’t box this food, you did. So you can’t do anything about the box of chicken being ridden with hair.” And she says, “Yeah, sorry we can’t do anything about it!” We will never order food from here again and I hope that KFC is proud of the fact that they are taking peoples money with no unsanitary products being received.

Unreal. The app could be convenient if it were at all accurate. It took one hour and 7 minutes after it told me my order would be ready, for my 8 pieces of chicken to be put into a bag and given to me. It would not have been so bad if it wasn’t for the fact that I had to sit in this restaurant and listen to the incompetent crew to joke, laugh, and enjoy their non stressful lives while waiting for for something it took them One Hour and 7 extra minutes to prepare. Horrendous.

Was just there a few minutes ago and the lady in the drive thru had the worst customer service! She seemed super irritated that I was the only car in line and she had to do what she was hired to do, take my order. Huffing after each item and asking “anything else”. I checked the price prior to ordering and when the lady said the total, it was $14 more than what it was showing online. So after more attitude, she said, “well I don’t know what you want me to do”. No wonder fast food joints like KFC are going out of business, when I can simply cancel the order and go right next door to a much friendlier place that is glad to take my order (and for much less).

So furious! Ordered food for myself and family through Grubhub but to have ready to pick up myself. Arrived at the specified time only to be told they ran out of chicken wings and nuggets but were making more and I would have to wait 15 minutes even though I ordered ahead of time . They told me to wait in parking and they would bring it when ready. After waiting much longer than 15 minutes I called them (bc I am disabled) and they said they accidentally screwed up and gave it all to other customers so now I am still waiting bc I have already paid for it. Should get it free, but ordered through Grubhub so the restaurant doesn’t have to refund my money. Never getting my chicken here again!!!!

Went there May 6th at about 8:45 PM. Went inside and ordered a 3 piece meal. I used to be able to swap out my drink for a side and get a military discount. Older white blondish lady with pinkish skin said “no, not as long as I have worked here” and was pretty snobby about it. I wish I had asked the manager but was pretty tired. Won’t go here nor recommend this location ever again.

Went in yesterday, 28 Feb, with a big appetite to get some takeout. Also wanted to try the new wraps they’ve been advertising. Intention was the get the 2 for 5 wraps to try out and the 3 piece meal I usually get. When I ordered the 2-5 wraps the lady at the counter said that it was only on Wednesdays. So I asked if I wanted the deal I’d have to come back tomorrow? She said yes. I then pointed out that the flyer on the counter at the cash register said nothing about being applicable on certain days and Wednesday wasn’t mentioned. She went to the manager and she changed her tune. At that point, I only wanted the wraps as I was unsure I wanted to waste my money. Ordered one of each style. The ended up screwing up that and gave me 2 of the spicy. Then had to wait for them to correct that. Those wraps are small! One chicken finger and condiments. The regular had 1 chicken finger, 2 small pickle slices, and a runny mayo/ranch sauce that tasted watered down and it was still dry. The spicy had coleslaw and a sirachia mayo type sauce that was surprisingly spicy. Overall I do not recommend the wraps nor this location at all!
