Went there around 6:30 in the evening, asked for a spicy chicken box with a Mac and cheese substitute for fries, and a 5 piece box with Mac and cheese substituted for coleslaw. Not only did we not receive all the items in the box, we did not get the Mac and cheese. The “spicy sandwich” we were given was just a regular with the smallest plop of spicy sauce. Our server was kind and very professional, unfortunately this lead me to jot check before leaving!

Ordered KFC chicken bowls, got home opened them up, there was no gravy. Called them, they said I could come back and get some gravy, that was ridiculous! On North Elizabeth St in Pueblo. Next time I went there they shorted me on the french fries that came with the meal. Avoid this KFC they don’t listen!! They never get your order right! No apologies.

My family had a terrible experience here. They are either so short staffed that they cannot even get close to serving the amount of people who come here, or their workers are so poor that they will mess an order up in multiple ways. We ordered 3 famous bowls and no drinks or sides. 1 bowl with gravy and 2 without. Instead, we got 2 with gravy and none without. Simple mistakes are understandable, but at a food restaurant, you need to make sure that more than 1/3 of the meals are correct. Otherwise the food is certainly not finger lickin’ good. Keep in mind that this experience was now 2 years ago so the situation may have improved.

The chicken strips were more crunchy than chicken, the green beans were heavily mixed with too many onions, they didn’t give any honey with the biscuits, and the Mac and cheese was a bit mushy. And it was quite expensive to be so lacking. Maybe it was just an off night for them. I may give em another try.
