Went to this location two separate times two days apart. First one, the chicken was really good, not greasy and tasted quite delicious! Second time though, the chicken was bad. The flour was mixed differently (different cook I guess?) making the Original taste crispier than it should be and the chicken tasted dry.

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.Placed an order that was randomly changed as “we don’t carry those items”. Arrived for pick-up, and dining room is closed. Called the number listed outside for pick-up. No answer. Ended up walking through drive through, having to stand behind cars, and ended up having to knock on window only to be greeted by major attitude. Order all wrong. No flatware, no napkins, and sides and beverage were changed to meet what limited options this franchise has available. Did I mention the horrendous attitude of the young lady working the drive through? We were in our RV, so no way to drive through to pick up our order. This place needs to be shuttered.

This place doesn’t even deserve one star. The man behind the counter only knew one word, “huh”. Our orders were lukewarm, and the kids order was completely wrong. They were not busy and all of the tables were absolutely filthy.

The lobby has been redone for over a year apparently it’s to nice not to share with the public it was intended for , with the work i do my trucks to big for the drive-thru so much for a quick Lunch. Hopefully management improves.

Lobby closes early, and the drive thru while open is kind of slow. The chicken tasted as though it was cooked a while ago and kept hot by a low heated oven.

No dining room. Went to the sign at the drive through and ordered with the # provided on the door (since RV too tall for drive in). The girl who answered the phone was super courteous and a young man met us at the front door, took our money and brought us back exactly what we ordered. Very pleased they worked with us and no attitude.
