I ordered a 2 piece with coleslaw, biscuit and a drink to go. The servers were polite and my meal came quickly. When I got to my destination to eat it, I open the box and there it was, just in the box. No bottom wrapper or paper just my food in the box. Presentation is everything and this was not it. I was so disappointed that this is how my meal was given to me. I know when people say they won’t go back they usually do but I have no intention of a return performance from that location. Too expensive for the amount of food you receive

I only go to this KFC location as it’s on the way to my mom’s. She is homebound and likes KFC once a week. Every time I go there, through the drive thru, my order is wrong..every..single..time! I have to check the order at the drive thru or in the parking lot and every..single..time it’s wrong, every single time I have to drive back thru or ask at drive thru to correct it..every..single..time. This location is horrible and dysfunctional.

I went through the drive through at about 9pm. I think the chicken we got had been sitting under the heat lamps for a really long time. Pretty dried out and didn’t taste great. Going during the lunch hour I’ve had good chicken, so go early for the good stuff.

For whatever reason I decided to try kfc again after years. The location is very nice the service was fast but I found the food to be very mediocre and the prices have gone way up. I had the chicken nuggets and fries. The fries were old and the breading on the nuggets was not crisp and very soft which didn’t taste good to me.

We stopped by tonight for a quick dinner. After we went through the drive-thru and got home we started to sit down to eat and noticed that the 2 large sides of mashed potatoes were runny, and only half full, both of them! The biscuits weren’t cooked all the way through and no butter. They gave us the wrong sauce and old fries. Very disappointed with the food, mostly because it wasn’t worth the money spent and we ended up going somewhere else for dinner.

We decided to try this KFC after having three bad experiences at the Layton KFC dining in. We were very pleasantly surprised by the Bountiful KFC clean dining area, the quick service and their fountain drink machine actually had ice in it. The chicken was warm and delicious and my wife used the restroom to wash her hands afterwards and said it was even clean. So a big thumbs up for this Bountiful KFC compared to the one in Layton. We will be back for more chicken.

We zipped thru their drive up for 2 classic Colonel Chicken sands. They were outstanding. I guess their C-sand should be seeing as they are the chicken place. The service was quick and friendly. I wish I had got the young mamas name. He was super.

The chicken nuggets have so much potential!! I heard about the chicken nuggets through an ad and was so excited because I LOVE their chicken here. And to have REAL chicken in a chicken nugget? Mmm sounds delicious. And it was… okay. Real chicken? Yes. Breaded deliciousness? Yes. But there was hardly any meat in the breaded nugget. It’s like when your mom is making soup at home and shreds up the cooked chicken into these little strips. But there’s one little strip doused in the bread crumb mixture. Still delicious, but way more bread than chicken. :/ Suggestion? Cut chicken into cubes instead of shredding. Still small, but more meat per nugget.

Dangerous parking lot! Small, cramped with a drive thru line though the middle of the lot, blocking both exits. Sad you cannot pick up online orders through the drive thru and you have to navigate this nightmare parking area! Not worth it!
