I tried KFC in a different city a couple months ago and was extremely disappointed, tonight was no different. The chicken sandwich was lacking flavor, it’s KFC for crying out loud, put the 11 herbs and spices in it! It was so dry I was dipping my chicken sandwich in ketchup! I hate ketchup, before tonight I have never tasted ketchup and chicken together. The chicken was dry and hard and chewed like tree bark. Me and my little old man father in law spent $32 on a sandwich, the smallest box of fries I’ve ever seen and 3 pieces of chicken for him. The only reason we went was because he had been missing it since like the 90’s. he hated it tonight, said it was a total waste of money. The place was dead slow and I’m not surprised. I anticipate these stores closing soon because they cannot be getting repeat customers, it’s a one and done for anyone looking for flavor or value. I took my mom to lunch at a sit down restaurant and had a server and our bill with tip was almost $10 less than this fast food place. I don’t know how the doors are still open selling dry, flavorless food for way too much money. I hate to be mean but it was just terrible. Look at the photo, $32! No tomato or lettuce on the sandwich and we spent $32 and change!

Drive thru guy was extremely hard to understand and didn’t even try to pronúnciate instead talked even lower in volume on purpose. Traveling on business so I need a receipt to expense the meal, nothing in the bag. As I pull straight back thru the drive lane my son says, “hey Dad the sign says if you don’t get a receipt your meal is free.” I don’t know why, but there’s clearly a sign right there on the wall next to the window that says just that. When I inquired about it I was met with an argument that it was put in the bag which it clearly wasn’t. Then after basically being called a liar by this guy (IVAN) he reprints the ticket for me and it’s not even our order!! I don’t care about getting a free meal, that’s your policy in writing not mine but before we start calling customers liars I would prefer that a competent employee handle the situation. This place is a joke when it comes to service which automatically ruins the food…time for some new help in this location KFC before they run off every customer you got!!

I have been here a couple of time because they are close to where I live but as of Saturday no more! They got my order wrong 3 times and then charged me for their mistake! Had they been busy or asked for clarification to right their wrong after the first time that would still not be right but I wouldn’t be so upset. How hard is it when I say I want 3 separate orders, and I want the meals that just come with the biscuit not Ala cart and not individual. I verified at the window 3 boxes and the guy said yes and then they charged me at the wrong price and only brought me 2.

We have really been digging KFC lately. We didn’t used to like it much but this location is killing it!! Do not sleep on the famous bowls or chicken sandwiches. I tried the pot pie and that crust was amazing!

Order was wrong. Coleslaw was dry, no sauce. App is difficult to work with, store wasn’t even looking at the mobile orders, had to wait for food despite ordering ahead and there was some strife with the employees. Not doing great KFC.

They are ALWAYS out of chicken. The last 4 times we have gone they were out. Each time there was well over an hour before they closed so we asked if they would make more. Nope.

The drive thru was closed, but the staff inside were nice and helpful. The food came out super fast and hot. The straws weren’t in wrappers, so that was a little drawback and the floor had some trash on it, but I think that was due to the lunch rush.

I think overall the location is okay with cooking of food. My biggest issue is that I constantly get missed items, especially if I order from their app. (Check your bag with sauces, etc). Price is also a little high.

The food tasted okay. We ordered one bucket of original, and one bucket of crispy. I think they just focused on the number of chicken pieces. We got all the chicken, but 16 of those were all meant to be crispy. We had maybe 4 crispy pieces. They got it done super fast.
