Didn’t even realize how awful the reviews were at this KFC, but take a look at this picture and decide for yourself if it’s worth coming to this location. There’s 0% chance the employee did not see this when boxing up the chicken as it was the FIRST thing I noticed.

Never eat from this KFC. It is terrible period, both the food and the service. The owner is one of the most disrespectful and arrogant people I have ever encountered and this isn’t the first time. Please save yourself time and money and don’t go here ever. He refused to fulfill our order and refused to make extra crispy and said out order was “too complicated” ?? What does that even mean? Also, there was no one there but our order wasn’t even started on even after 30min after our pick up time. Then when other customers arrived after us, he finished all their orders and still didn’t start on ours. It is honestly unbelievable that this location is still open.

The location on 9th east and 9400 south sandy ut is so bad. 4 out of 5 times they give us the wrong order thru the drive thru. This last time the biscuits were HARD, I mean almost hockey puck hard. They had to know something was wrong when they grab them for my order. Then when you smelled them they are just this side of having mold!!!! The person at the drive thru was not happy or polite. I told him to have a good day and he closed the window in the middle of my sentence. GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION!!! Avoid this one

Arrived at the takeout. The person on duty said were out of cooked original chicken and would have to wait 20 minutes if you wanted anything. We waited . Got home with the chicken it was very greasy, not cooked, and a combination of flour and grease. It was awful.

We ordered two 16 piece family dinners and there were items missing. I called up to explain. And Jeremiah said to come up and he would fix it. I get to the store and lobby doors are closed and line is about 10 cars long and not moving. Come to find out Jeremiah and one other person are working here and that is it. So despite our order being wrong, hats off to you two for showing up and working your shift. I will be contacting corporate to make them aware of this because you deserve recognition for being a two man show this day. Thank you for being pleasant and still great to your customers when you had every reason to shut it down and walk off today. Very impressed with these young men.

DONT GO HERE. I ordered 2 Mac and cheese bowls, 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 drinks. Order confirmed, girlfriend drove down to get it. She was told they sold their entire stock of Mac and cheese to the guy in front of her. Our order should have been ready by that point before he got it all. She wasn’t offered a discount or even an apology, they gave us normal famous bowls instead but my girl doesn’t like Mashed potatoes. After she gets the food she realizes they forgot the 2 sandwiches. Because inside is closed she had to wait in the drive through again, still no offer for a discount or refund. On her way back she discovers our drinks are hot and have no ice in them. I am so done with this place. Now they won’t answer the phone or anything. I want a FULL refund and I’m never coming back.
