Had to go back for the biscuit they missed on my order. Had to ask for honey & butter instead of it being offered. Fries were ok, but I’d get the mashed potatoes next time. Chicken fingers were good. Root beer (A&W) was great as usual

This location is always out chicken when I visit. This last visit I arrived at about 9:15 pm and they clise at 10pm. After about 20 minutes the cashier advises me they only have 1 xhicken for the chicken sandwiches I ordered. She proceeded to say it would take 15 minutes to prepare the frozen ones they have. I said go ahead. . As I dont have time to go anywhere else at this hour.

We had a big order and they mentioned it would be 10-15 minutes because they had to fire some more filets. That was fine. However, it took 45 minutes. When we got the food, they forgot a double down and I told them. They said more filets needed to be fired, but I didn’t want to wait again so I got a refund for the sandwich. Got home to eat and found they put pickles on the other chicken sandwiches when I asked them to be removed. This is why I am giving 3 stars.

Got 2 famous bowls, they both came with 3 overcooked popcorn nuggets. Basically paid $7 for a bowl of mashed potatoes and gravy. Do better. Keep up on your chicken. Stop ripping people off.

While waiting for my food I watch the young lady behind the counter who was bagging the food, touching her face and hair with her gloved hand. The final straw for me was when she coughed into same gloved hand. Thankfully for me she stepped away before bagging my food. Will never come here again because yes, One person just ruined it for the whole business.

Tried to stop in for lunch, my work truck does not fit through the drive-through so that requires me to come inside the lobby to order, your lobby is closed, nobody even bother to look at me or even try to help me. Other locations, and even other places, would not of treat me like that. You guys would much rather be on your phones, not working. Milking your employers clock. Hope this location turns out best for you

This store was so clean. It was fantastic to see someone take pride in the restaurant lobby and behind the counter. The food was nice and hot just as I would have expected it to be. The employee’s were so nice. They were clean in their appearance as well. So nice to see young people actually working. I’ll be back to the Jordan Landing store in West Jordan Utah many more times.

The staff at this location are amazing. They are truly the living embodiment of “Take Care of the Customer”. I ordered food online for delivery, but the door dash runner botched the delivery so I called this location and explained the situation to them. They told me to go to the store personally and they would make things right. When I went in, not only did they replace my order, but they ensured I got one that was freshly made. I can’t tell you how much that small gesture meant. They could have just given me anything that was already ready to go, but they went above and beyond to make sure I took home a freshly cooked meal.

Food was good, line moved quickly and efficiently. Customer service was great, due to the very helpful and friendly young woman, Paige, who took my order and assisted me at the window! The customer ahead of me had just completely treated her unfairly and poorly, and she didn’t let it affect her in the slightest! Let’s do better to treat the people in customer service better! Paige deserves recognition for her hard work and awesome service!
