The staff was friendly and the lobby was clean. The lady at the counter was very helpful and even came out and checked on us while we were eating. The restrooms were all so clean. And it is handicap accessible if needed.

Okay, so let me start by saying Elana? (Hope I spelled this correct) was the best thing that has happened since fast food. I mean dang! She was the nicest, friendliest, most professional working I’ve ever seen in fast food. Like just hire her as manager already. My wife (who is rather harsh on most American servers) said Elana was the nicest person she’s ever met working fast food and was surprisingly amazing. I agree with her. As far as food I happen to love A&W soooo I’m just happy we came here today and got the best food experience I’ve ever had!!!!

Please just save yourself the time, if you go to the drive thru and head to the downtown location. We went through the drive thru 2x here because the front was closed even though their website stated it was open. Both drive thru experience were the longest wait times we’ve ever experienced. We had to pull into a slot number and proceeded to wait 40 mins. for our order. The person behind us even got their order before us. We went to the window to ask about our order and they had no clue what was going on…another coworker comes into the conversation and says its actually coming up and we’d have it soon…another 10 mins later we got it. I appreciate them being friendly about the whole encounter however, this place needs new leadership or something.

Ummm, I even called to ask if I needed to order ahead due to my large order. They said no we have tons of chicken cooking! Come on in, it will be fine. When I got there I called again to see what happened between then and now. They said there had no chicken, no sides no nothing. Then I heard someone yell from inside the restaurant “go away”. Weird experience, seemed like workers just didn’t want to work so they shut the place down. Strange. I’m glad Chick-fil-A was close and came to my rescue!

Bought 3 pcs chicken tenders in which I didn’t get any sauce that I’ve asked for nor was it worth the money I paid. The pieces were so small compared to poppy’s chicken is 2x their size. Such a rip off and really lousy professionalism
