I placed an order on July 1st, paid and left. Once I got home I pulled everything out of the bag. I soon realized that they forgot a part of my order. At this point I’m too far to head back so I decided to call. In the 30 minutes that I called, no one answered. I must’ve dialed at least 25 times in the half hour span and the phone just kept ringing and ringing and ringing. I finally gave up. Their customer service is by far the worst. They must not know how to answer the phone. Due to their mistake, I’m out all that money. If you decide to drive-thru there, I highly suggest checking your order because chances are that they missed something. Never going back!

I was refused the menu item I ordered for showing up 45 min before the closing time. The working staff on 4/16/23 was extremely rude, lazy, and unprofessional. They said they didn’t have time to take the 20 minutes to make new food before closing, even though they had 45 minutes before the time they close. 9:15 is not 10:00 pm 9:30 is also not 10:00 pm.

The prices are outrageous! Hard shell tacos say 2.09 on the menu board and 1.69 on the website and was charged 2.29, burritos say 2.09 on the menu board and 1.79 on the website and was charged 2.29. We bought more food, but you get the idea. The food was smaller than other locations and frankly not very good. When we asked why the prices were more than its posted on the webisite and their menu board at the drive up they said its because they are a KFC/ Taco Bell combo. They obviously need to be updating their menu board to let everyone know the actual prices.
