First of all. Juan gets a bonus. The high school senior that works the night shift. We walked in and it was coming close to closing. He was sweeping the floors and taking orders through his headset. When he wasn’t, we made small talk with him. Such a good kid and he have some really good customer service. So yes, give him a bonus.

I asked for the 3 piece big box combo and I only got two pieces of chicken and the guy at the window didn’t seem to know what we were asking or saying, just the worse place to order and I never had this happen to me before at a kfc store and I will not be returning here again

I’m so very D I S A P O I N T E D in the meal I just received! ! The order was simple a Famous Bowl no combo just the bowl and a drink and a 3 piece tender that in a comb, and a chocolate bunt cake asked to make drinks larger and I’d pay extra. Paid was told to pull forward and I waited and waited. Finally meal comes out I get home and the Famous bowl was HORRIBLE the chicken over cooked where was the corn and the melted cheese was like it sat under a heat lamp. And the 3 tenders were anything but. I call the store and complain only to be hung up on. And it’s very sad because I’ve actually worked for KFC and their quality of food has gone down hill bad It will be a long time if ever that I eat at KFC

Friendly service at the drive thru. But a bit disappointed at the portion size. Did the portion sizes decrease? I understand prices have gone up for everyone. My large size mashed potatoes side dish was filled maybe 3/4ths. We used to be able to split large sides with family, but it seems it is less than it used to be.

Went there today for two famous bowl meals when they gave us the drinks they only gave us 1 straw then told us to pull to the side we were waiting for like 20 mins for just for famous bowls and when they finally came out they only gave us HALF a small box of fries when there should have been two full boxes of fries for those meals and only 4 pieces of chicken and they only gave us 1 fork we didnt want to wait any longer so we just left. Waste of time Waste of money.

We showed up at 10:29 exactly, not realizing when they open, which was 10:30. We were told that weren’t open yet, but by the time we pulled out of the drive thru it was 10:30. Upset that we weren’t told when they would be open, or just to wait a (literal) minute.

My worst experience I’ve ever had at KFC. Half of our food was missing and when I opened up the corn it was burnt and mixed with macaroni and cheese. I have children with food allergies and I am extremely angry when food gets mixed up. I will not be going to this location ever again. I tried to call them to work it out and their phone isn’t working it is just busy every time I call. I would go back and try to work it out but I’m afraid I’m just too angry to deal with anybody there.
