We went into the store and placed a large order. When we got home we were missing half of one of the meals. We called and then drove in to get the rest of our food. When we got there we complained that our food would be cold by the time we got back and we were frustrated. The manager told us it was our fault that we didn’t check our order before leaving and therefore our fault our food was cold. I agree the order should have been checked, but blaming the customer because you failed to do your job is unacceptable. When we did finally get home to eat our food, the chicken was dry, hard, and older tasting like it had been under the heater lamp for too long. It is not difficult to ensure a customer gets their full order, even when they are busy, which they were not at the time of our order. The quality of the food and customer service were horrible, we will not go back to this KFC. Don’t be at fault for having a bad meal at KFC, go somewhere else.

This was serious drive through service! We ordered-they were pleasant. We got to the window and paid-they were pleasant and directly handed us our food! SO FAST! Everything was in the bag and ready for a picnic!

The lady checking us out was SUCH a grump! By the time she was working on our order she was literally TOSSING our chicken in the bucket. We will not be returning g to this location. And apparently they do not give out plates with a huge bucket order anymore. Even though the person ahead of us got plates. Not a pleasant experience AT ALL!

So disappointing. Was really craving KFC but this location doesn’t seem to care about preparing the food properly. Our biscuits were raw dough still. If you’re going to hire teenage boys, at least have someone else qualified during their shift.

Every time we come here they are out of food. We have given this place 4 visits before leaving this type of review. No crispy chicken, no sides is just crazy. It’s not the same time of day either. There are other restaurants in Brigham City we’ll go to instead.

This was the worst experience I’ve had at a KFC. If I could give a no star review, i definitely would. It was 815, we were about to walk in to order when the guy at the counter all but ran to the door and locked it before we could even open it. People were still in the restaurant, and he locked them in. When we talked to the drive thru lady, she said they close the doors at 8. Even though the door says 830? When we said the door says differently, she said that’s the summer hours. It’s February and the summer hours are still up? I don’t know about that. Never have I ever had a person run up and lock the doors on me. It’s not like it takes me more than 10 or 15 minutes to eat. Jeez.
