Where do I start? Food is good if you get your order right. Don’t bother going there in the evening because every time I’ve had to it’s been a long wait with bad attitudes. I went in last night at 9:30 after working all day from 6:30 AM and I ordered a famous bowl and two chicken sandwiches. I was told they didn’t have any fillets for the chicken sandwiches because they close at 10 so I said fine and I ordered 23 piece chicken, tender meals, one with fries and one with mashed potatoes. They took my money and sent me around to wait in the front. The girl who was working came out and gave me the bag which felt pretty light so I happened to check what was in it and I was missing one chicken, tender meal, and both the mashed potatoes and fries from those meals. I walked in and explained what was going on and I got quite a bit of attitude and I rolling. I was told they were out of mashed potatoes and the cashier said she told me that at the window so I asked her well. What did I order in place of the mashed potatoes? she just asked me what I wanted and told me once again because they close in a half an hour they didn’t have much available. I asked for fries for both of them because all I had was three pieces of chicken with no sides. I had to wait about 10 more minutes and she brings me out a box of chicken and one order of fries. And I asked where the other order fries was because neither meal Heather. She then rolls her eyes at me and storms off and brings me back. Another container of fries about five minutes later at this point it’s about five till 10. She brings me the second order of fries, and I made the unfortunate mistake of asking for the honey mustard sauce that I had asked for originally with the order.. she takes two of them and tosses them on the counter in front of me and walks off. I can understand the aggravation if I came in at 9:55 asking for a meal, but my first order was placed between 920 and 930. I mean if this KFC doesn’t wanna serve food after 930 they should close at 9:30 and not at 10. Quite honestly the complete lack of respect for a customer coming in and paying for food and getting treated like that is unbelievable. I just helped pay this girls wage and I get treated terribly for it? Get this young girl off your night crew! By the end of it, I lost my temper and told her as much. I told her if she hated her job and her customers as much as she portrays in her attitude, it was probably time for her to find another job and leave this one. I hope you hire some better people with a solid sense of customer service

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Waited at the counter for more than 10 minutes before someone said, “Are you picking up an order?” We replied, “No, we would like to place an order. Can we do that?” “Yes”, he said and walked away and left us standing there. Five minutes later someone else came to ask the same thing. She took our order but wouldn’t honor a coupon online unless we ordered online and then stood there waiting. Then we were told that the chicken would take 7 minutes….20 minutes later we got the order. Cold. Sanders would be appalled at this store’s poor attitude and rudeness.

Wish I’d read the reviews before I had gone. I haven’t had KFC in a long time and tonight I had a craving for chicken, so it was EXTREMELY disappointing when I get to the drive thru an hour before closing and the girl says “just so you know we only have 4 drumsticks in original and 2 wings and that’s all”. I asked “what time do you close” and she responded “10”. So with much disappointment already, I ordered anyway and got the 2 piece meal with drumsticks. I got home opened the box to see the 2 smallest and very dry drumsticks I’ve ever seen. My mash potatoes and Mac n cheese were cold. There was no receipt in the bad nor one handed to me. How do you only have 6 pieces of chicken when you have an hour before closing? How can you charge $12.43 for such poor quality?

This place is just terrible. We’ve been here multiple times and the food always is old. This time though it’s a new one reason though. This time we ordered online and show up the time to get it just to be told that “Yeah, we don’t have a cook right now so we can’t cook your food. Come back in like 30 minutes or so and we may have your food”. So then we just try to cancel the order and instead they mark it ready for pickup and now we can’t even cancel the order and the employees here literally just shrugged their shoulders and walked away from us when we voiced our dis satisfaction. Oh and did I mention they did this to more than 10+ other groups that walked in behind us? Oh and it didn’t take them the 30 minutes they said to finish the food. It took them 60 minutes……. Avoid this location at all costs and go somewhere else. You will thank me later. This occurred 05/18

Food quality was ok. Waited in line for almost 15 mins before even being acknowledged. Store was not busy 2 cars in drive thru 1 customer inside dining and 1 customer that had already placed their order. After placing my order and waiting almost 25-30 minutes more my food was finally ready. A 3 piece chicken box and a 3 piece tender box so not a large order at all. That’s not even the cherry on top, after all this I asked for sauce for my meals and she said 2 per meal and gave me 1 ranch and 1 bbq when I asked for more it changed from 2 per meal to 2 only for the strip meal. Then proceeded to charge me for the additional sauce. I get it they cost and people waste but after about 40 mins for a small order when the store isn’t busy they should’ve taken care of the customer. Seems to be a constant down slide in the quality of the KFC’s in the valley don’t know who’s in charge but someone needs to wake up.

I ordered mobile pick up. It was supposed to be done by 150,I came at 205 and not ready for pick-up. I wait an additional 10 minutes before anyone greets me or offers help. There was only one person in lobby and nobody in drive-thru this whole time. I ask about my order and they try to give me the wrong order. No apology or any type of customer service. After 25 minutes I got my food which was over $40 and definitely not worth the hassle. Horrible customer service,they were out of Pepsi and ranch on top of it.

If you want to eat here and place an online order maybe make sure to call them to see if they actually have chicken. Went in to pick up the order and they told me they didn’t have anyone to cook it and made us wait over 40 minutes for food. I always have issues with this place(terrible customer service) and the employees. EVEN the manager literally didn’t care about all of the angry customers and ignored everyone and sat at the back of the restaurant watching everything unfold for 40 minutes and not a word from her.
