I went into the store and waited 10 minutes to order. There was another customer ahead of me waiting. While we were waiting, the employees were smoking and laughing in the back which was visible to see in the lobby. When I ordered my food, I asked a simple question, which the cashier Daniel answered me very rudely which I shrugged off but this young kids don’t want to work however they want money but can’t work for it. The food seemed like it sat there for some quiet time.

This location is hit or miss in the sense they don’t always have the full menu available as they tend to be out of stock of a lot of things half the time (I’m talking an hour after they open so they definitely did not sell out). Unlike some of the other reviews, I’ve never had an issue with the staff or quality of food. All my orders have been to drive thru so I can’t comment on the inside of the place.

This location is super convenient due to it being on my way home after picking my mom up from dialysis. She is usually ravenous after her treatment and she loves the new nuggets. The customer service here is neither bubbly nor rude but sometimes is slow in filling orders. We’ve been asked to park in front of the store and have waited up to 10 mins for our order to be brought out to us. It’s not ever looked tremendously busy when I’ve gone so maybe that’s why it takes so long to fill an order because it’s made after we order it? Aside from that, it’s not a bad place to visit.

Order 27195629 got home missing the box of biscuits, coleslaw was bitter and the macaroni was burnt. I try to call to fix my order but the line was busy. Not sure what happened this time but they dropped the ball. Waste of money.

My husband loves the original bucket. So that was five stars from him. I tried to get a sandwich. It’s really just a chicken finger between two pieces of bread. You’d need three chicken fingers too fill the bread. It definitely didn’t look anything like the picture. It was an incredible disappointment and not satisfying at all. The coleslaw was a huge disappointment and the mac and cheese was flavorless.

There’s no line at the drive thru or inside but yet waited 20min for food that wasn’t fresh. Chicken sandwiches were hard as if they were sitting under the heat lamp all day and fries that didn’t even fill the carton. They must’ve been playing patty cake for the 20min I waited because they sure as hell weren’t making food

Ordered via the app, went to drive thru to pick up and guy was rude as Fk stated you have to come in to get it. Sandwich was dry and overcooked. Nuggets are smaller than any other chicken place. No sauce when I requested 2 different ones. Fries were good, biscuits were good. Honestly only ordered for the diablo promo and didn’t even get the code even though my app and battlenet should be synced. Won’t order again
