The guy taking our order was great. Super nice. We ordered an original 8 piece. We got hoke and our Chicken was Super Soggy. Should be called KSC. Kentucky Soggy Chicken. Paid 30 dollars. A waiste.

If you grow up in America then you had khc as a young child..I remember it having a great taste..what happened to the original recipe..the new recipe ..don’t waste your time or money..the only thing that was good was the mash potato and gravy..chicken had a bad taste..the biscuits dry and hard..get it together..

I’m not sure who manages this location but they are not good. Been here about 3 times and everytime they were out of something (coleslaw, biscuits, white meat) my husband has refused to go back for months. Tonight I decided I would bring home dinner. Order my 8 piece meal and thought wow…they weren’t out of something. Got to the window to hear sorry ma’am were out of original recipe, is crispy ok? Not going back ever. Someone should be fired

Walked in 5 pm no one was at register waited 6 minutes. Drive thru had 2 people in it and no cars. Cook told drive thru customers at window. Place was very dirty food under tables and garbage overflowing.

2 stars for the friendly staff but that’s where it ends, please hire good management to fix this place, ordered 16 pc meal but only received 12 pcs, honest mistake NOT! This is not the first time I have been shorted chicken ether, the 2 sides of Mac and cheese are partly burnt, as a previous GM in the food service industry I understand that fast food restaurants are understaffed but you can’t allow cutting corners, especially when it comes to quality and getting customers what they ordered. I truly hope this location lasts, but based on the reviews I don’t see that happening unless the franchise owner/ owners have deep pockets?

I see nothing but bad reviews for this location and it makes sense. Went last night to the drive thru at 10pm. They have signs everywhere saying they now close at 11 including inside but they didn’t allow people in the lobby. Was met by a terrible attitude by employees, unwelcome and like an inconvenience… sorry but you’re working with an hour to go yet half the menu was no longer available. Went to the window, paid, then told to park in the handicap spot in the front. Drove around and 2 other cars were already waiting in those spots. We drove around again and saw they told a 3rd car to just find another spot to wait. We sat at the window and said no thank you to moving we would like to wait for our food, they snapped an attitude again and shut the window. A guy wearing regular street clothes was behind the counter visiting with the employees. Got our food and left, first visit and definitely last visit.

I ordered for the first time on the app…it was suppose to be ready at 6:12pm we get there, they do not give the order through the drive thru I think because the order was not ready…go in to get the order only to find out they haven’t even started on it…we finally get our order at 6:30, get home only to find out they forgot part of our order. Called KFC let the manager Angel know..she said she will take my name and I can get “free” tenders the next time I come in or come back now…I’m tired didn’t want to go back. That was the one “positive” seeing as I’m really not getting anything free. I just wish they would teach customer service again smh

An epically mismanaged restaurant being operated by woefully under engaged staff, this place is by far the worst KFC I have ever been a patron of. Numerous times I have had them tell me they are out of chicken, as early as 6:35 pm, and they are open until 11pm! I work a swingshift in a nearby factory and tried to use them for my lunch. They seem unable to provide what they advertise more than 65% of the time. I have just completely given up on them after 8 months of patiently waiting and hoping a competent form of management would eventually be hired.
