The food is always delicious which is what keeps me coming back each time but this time I placed a mobile order for quick pickup and then when I got there I picked up my order and it’s my mistake for not checking my order (they never forgot anything at the drive-thru before so I trusted) but they forgot my fries. I just feel like when you place a mobile order and its literally written out for you there’s no excuse to be forgetting anything from the order. Needs to be taken more seriously because people are paying for these things and it feels like being robbed. Besides that the gentleman who serviced me was nice and the food was good.

Usually I pick up food here because it’s close to my home. Sometimes I have Uber Eats deliver. Every time I order mashed potatoes without gravy, I always get them with gravy. Is anyone checking order details? Mac and cheese was stale, where is oversight!

This place is a joke. I ordered online and when the app said my food was ready I went in and was completely ignored by both girls and the manager up front. I had to ask them where my “quick pick up” was and it wasn’t even put together. I got no response whatsoever from any of the staff when I asked if it was not made yet. Literally the cashier turned her back to me after staring blankly not saying anything… I will never eat at kfc again. The disrespect and lack of any sort of skills, communication, consideration, leadership…. I could go on for a while. I gave 1 star because the food was okay.

There were no employees when I entered the lobby, also the treaded me in a rude manner,also chicken was cold and dried up,i thought for 12 dollars my food would be edible, I get tenders from other kfc’s and they’ve never tastes bad at other places ,but this kfc was not good experience also only give you 3 packs of sauce for 5 tenders

I went in to get a family meal 8 pice bucket with side’s and biscuits,I got told they don’t have biscuits to sell and all out of coleslaw, so I left because I cant get a family meal also only had original no crispy chicken, I wouldn’t come back employees smoking in back and smells of weed

KFC Green Valley has never been my fave. but we wanted chicken. The chicken parts were small and not tasty like they used to be. The biscuits were Blau. Potatoes, gravy and slaw were good. We bought the 12 piece bucket. Never again. To much money for what you get.

Spoken with the manager more than once in this place. This is the cleanest and best run at Kentucky fried Chicken I have ever been in in my life and I eat chicken 3 to 4 times a week. The people are kind or courteous are right there to take your order and make sure you’re happy and the food is fabulous. And the Kentucky fried Chicken is the cleanest one I’ve ever been in. And believe me, there’s a lot of them that leave much and I do mean much to be desired.
