My kids and myself went through drive through around 8:15 pm. I wanted to order chicken nuggets for my daughter but young worker told me they didn’t have any ,and weren’t going to drop any into fryer because they were understaffed! I ordered the chicken bowl and he said he would only be able to cut up chicken tenders and throw them in there I got 4 pieces of chicken in there. Which was fine but they had nothing cooked and a ton of people waiting inside! I always asked for a cup of water and he charged it as a soda. Which made me upset and then told me to go inside to handle it after I had to pull up to the front to wait for my food. It was a unpleasant visit the chicken drumsticks I got for my daughter were dry ! All in all not great customer service or food. I was disappointed in that visit and it was $28 for a few items. At this point that place needs to be shut down. The customer service sucks and the food isn’t great !

Haven’t been to a KFC in years so this updated bright and modern take is nice. Chicken still tastes the same which is good. On the pricy side as you can get other chicken places cheaper. The Nashville hot was on the oily side but tasted good. The whole wings were tiny. Coleslaw sauce was think but again tasted great. Prob will be back in to this location but not as often as the price is what holds me back. Over all good clean place to eat at..

Awful service. This is the only KFC in the area so there’s no choice to experience the problems this location has. For one you have to wait for someone to actually acknowledge you’re in the building. Next when they do your treatment is just order then wait for (no joke) 15 minutes to get your food. When you do try to find a table that has been cleaned recently. I just notice if you go through the drive thru your service is quicker and you don’t have to deal with it.

Upcharge for a breast, on the big box combo. Okay. Asked for gravy on the side. Upcharge? Received food.. ordered mac&cheese and mashed potatoes. No utensils. No butter or honey for the biscuit.

Ordered dine-in and all of our food came in to-go containers so we had to go back and ask for “plates” and got no apology- even though our receipt showed dine-in as well. The service was absolutely awful. Asked the employee if the chicken strips were decent sized trying to determine how many to order for my child and got the reply, “I don’t know- I’ve never eaten them.” Does he need to eat them to tell me if they’re pretty good sized? Doesn’t he fulfill orders of them regularly? After telling them that we needed something to eat our food on since I received my dine-in order as a to go, I got nothing but attitude as if it was my fault. To top off this terrible experience, they have huge framed pictures hanging on the wall next to the booths that are held up by one flimsy hook! My 2 year old accidentally bumped the bottom of the frame getting out of the booth and it fell off the wall onto her head. It took several minutes for someone to even come over and when she did, she didn’t start with, is she ok? No- she grabbed the picture and put it in the next booth and said she heard that (referring to Mom’s scream of fear). When we told her they were dangerous, she said they are required to have them there ….even though exposed hooks were on the wall where others had already been taken down… what??? Needless to say, we will never go back here.

Not sure how this location is still open to be honest. They will nickel and dime you for everything. Not a good way to keep customers and charge them for every little thing like sauces. To top it off, this place is expensive, slow, and unorganized.
