DELICIOUS FOOD. We had the 8 piece family meal with sides of coleslaw and French fries. 4 extra crispy and 4 regular. The chicken was so moist and tasty it was—“finger licking good”. The slaw was fresh and the fries were hot. The stall was friendly and helpful. We will be back.

The restaurant is not clean. The rug in front of the soda machine was sticky as was the seat my wife sat in. The women’s bathroom floor was sticky as well. Generally unclean environment throughout.

Hard to eat bowls and mashed potatoes without utensils. Maybe spending a little more on training will assist your sales goals. Covid is over and there is not excuse for short staffing and other nonsense any longer. Get your business in line.

Well, I hadn’t eaten in KFC in a while so I gave it a go. Wow hadn’t had chicken that dry and tasteless in n a while. Service was almost non existence. Heard I’ll be there in a minute too many times. Well KFC just moved to the back of the bus.

I ordered the wings in drive thru and asked for the buffalo sauce to be on the side. When I got to the window I was told I would have to pay for the sauce. Why? It was included in the meal. I ended up asking for hot sauce packets instead. There were also no napkins, why? You’re serving delicious deep fried greasy chicken. It gets messy. Don’t recommend!… we use to eat here often and when we would walk in the staff knew us,… I had been sick for a few days with a flu and couldn’t eat much but one night my husband said, “you have to eat something”. So I thought mashed potatoes wouldn’t be too hard to eat and I love love love the Famous Bowl that KFC has… so I’ll try and eat… We decided to go ahead and get KFC, and when I got home, I got all set up in bed to finally eat after days of being sick and stuck my fork in and lifted it up and what I thought was cheese stretching out of the bowl was not cheese… it was a huge long hair… I was beyond disgusted and wanted to throw up… it wasn’t mine because when I went and pulled it out, it was all in twined through the mashed potatoes and cheese… so Gross!!! We would have called and complained but they would have said, “we are so sorry, we can make a new one”, but who wants to drive all the way back and chance getting another one from the same person or whatever… I was super grossed out and said I’ll never eat there again. I mean, yeah sometimes you’ll get a little hair or something in your food but this was a long hair and mixed into the food.! No thank you.. so yes, friendly staff… but that doesn’t matter much to me if your eating their hair!
