For the biscuits that came with the chicken, I ordered 8 honey sauces. They said yes, and while paying the bill, I asked again. They said they put it in and the staff were laughing at me. I am Asian and I am not proficient in English. When I got home and checked, there was no honey sauce. I went back and asked for sauce. They recognized me and gave me the sauce without a word of apology.

Way yummy eats for what I consider affordable prices. Have enjoyed every meal purchased there which is usually the 3 piece dark with 2 sides. Since I only use the drive through I can only share that experience. Must say the staff taking my order was always kind and professional.

Ordered via doordash and found paper in my pot pie. Tried to call and speak to the manager and got a call back from someone else. Was told that my name would be in their book and that was the end of it. Guess the manager wasn’t too concerned with contaminated food coming out of their building.

Manger on duty would not honor prices from their website stating it’s Door Dashes problem not KFC. The staff including the Manager on Duty was rude. I would expect your staff to know what specials you advertise on your website. Telling me the customer you can’t help me definitely tells me you don’t need my business or my money. I will be sharing my experience to my 500k followers on social media. It’s unfortunate your staff is not empowered to resolve issues.Carl you are the manager, I hope you accept responsibility for the team you hired.

The food is always great .The drive thru window employee didn’t ask if we needed any napkins, plastic utensils,or plates we like to stop at KFC on our way home from our road trip so it would be nice to have those things when eating.But the food is always good
