They didnt pack our door dash order right and then when I call to ask if I can come pick up our missing items, the owner (in the background) asks “are they really b!+ch!ng about that?” I wasn’t b!+h!ng. Just asking a question, so when I asked to speak to her she hung up the phone. Cool. On my way then. The lobby was closed, but the guy at the drive in window was super sweet and gave me my missing items and apologized for the owner being so rude. So the star is for that guy. Sweet kid. Owner… She shouldn’t be a business woman if she’s gonna act like an immature child.

Lobby closed. Drive thru employees rude. Menu not reflective of actual product available, with no indication if an item is unavailable/out. Things we’ve ordered RECENTLY are now “not allowed”. This place is dirty and poorly ran.

The place has good except i can never go in ,actulay no one is alowd in becuase the place refuse to let people to walk u must go through the drive through second i was not able to order on line even the store refuse to let u order on line this sucks becuse its the only place to get kfc chicken except going like more than twenty miles for kfc im a loyal fan of kfc but this pushing me to become a fan of the local churchs chiken in my neighbor hood

Found a black hair cooked into my food. Talked to Mgr. Shane. He says to bring the 1 piece of chicken in to replace the 1 piece. I told him I would use more diesel than it’s worth and I live far away. He says that how it works. I said fine I will leave a review as needed and post on social media to warn people. And let them know what he said. He tells me not to threaten him. It was no threat. I tried to be nice and he hung up on me and blocked my number. Here are some pics. PRETTY DISAPPOINTED AND DISGUSTING!! Eat at your own risk!!

Save yourself the trouble and pass. The food is fine, but the staff (more specifically OWNER) has terrible customer service and has clearly forgotten the customer service aspect, which is what keeps people coming back. If you like giving your hard earned money to people owning franchises like this by all means, get yourself some KFC. IF you value being valued as a customer, go any other place.
