There was an issue with the wrong food which is understandable because nobody is perfect. But they don’t answer their phones at all to help get the problem corrected. They eventually answered the phone and left it off of the hook so it wouldn’t ring anymore.

Ordered a 2 piece meal breast and wing got home and it was a piece of dark meat not breast!!! The biscuit was so hard I couldn’t eat it. Why? They are so busy why would the food be old. Then I have to show them the mess they served me to get it replaced. Gross!!!

The workers there mess up everyone order and they have no clue what they are doing they even were all laughing at us customers while they were farting around in back kitchen. Everyone got mad and left this place at lease 6 different customers . And they kept laughing at us like it was a joke. Never coming back here again.

After driving to the other kfc on central near coors only to find out they didnt have grilled breasts (im on a high protein low carb diet) and then driving all the way to this location; they got my order wrong. I pointed out that they gave me the wrong items and they promptly gave me the correct sides. Then I leave, and half way home I realized they forgot my drink! I called 13 yes 13 times, only for them to hang up on me every time, then leave the phone off the hook so I get a busy tone. Just wow… I will go in tomorrow and give the manager a chance to make this right. If he/she makes it right I will change my review. Also, the pieces of chicken I got were tiny tiny tiny. Not a good experience.

If one orders all white meat, and is charged for 2 breasts and a wing, you would expect at least one of those pieces to bear a passing resemblance to a breast and/or wing. Not at KFC, where 2 breasts and 1 wing magically morphed into 2 thighs and 1 leg. And note for the future: chicken fried steak should at least be nominally acquainted with some sort of heat-producing appliance at sometime during the day that it is served.

What kind of chicken place doesn’t have chicken? We ordered extra crispy chicken from the drive thru and were told ot would take 20 minutes for the chicken. That’s ridiculous! If you run a business then have the items that you sell prepared & ready. Needless to say, we didn’t get the order & they lost the sale.

O if i could jesus r the cashier was to busy flirting with the wemon workers that he forgot to give me my complete meal got home food was missing trying still to call but phone is off the hook got my order at 6.59pm its 7.41 pm and phone is still off the hook …..so it seems the even the manager is to busy lafing and enjoying jesus complements than to do her job
