If I could I will give them 0 the service was my worst experience today around 7:05 pm I went there and they closed the door lobby in my face the manager make a signal like we are close so I went to the drive thru and wait forever at the speaker then when finally place my order the manager with a horrible manner very unprofessional closed the window and after a coworker came said my order wasn’t put in the system because the gross manager Bianca she doesn’t understand my accent I said you know what I’m not do business with you any more I decided go to Church chicken down there and finally get my family dinner with 0 problem KFC need to do better with the staffing or you going be out the business

I ordered through drive up. Excellent fried chicken and sides. The person that took our order and gave our food order was very nice and friendly. We put a special order in as well on certain cuts of the chicken and was treated very well. Good place to go to get very good fried original KFC chicken!!
