Went here to get the new nuggets and had to wait at the drive theu window for about 10 min. The nuggets were cold and stale and soggy as well (no idea how that happened) , the fires were ok but why did I have to wait if the nuggets were not fresh? I was truly disappointed. I don’t eat kfc but I was very excited to try their nuggets. Safe to say I don’t need to try anything else from kfc no matter what they drop. I know it will always be DISGUSTING!!

Ordered the 8 piece meal for pickup with mashed, gravy, biscuits and a side of cole slaw. The meal was prepped correctly and cooked well. The service was good and friendly but the restaurant itself was a bit messy and had numerous dirty tables. My family enjoyed the meal and we would go back again.

San Mateo location. Pot pie with nothing inside. Absolutely no chicken inside. Restaurant stated all they had was pot pies and chicken tenders. No fried chicken. So we ordered a chicken pot pie and you can see there was nothing inside. Also chicken tenders with dried up biscuits. Worst place I have ever been. Do not go.

I went to this place for a late lunch today and went through driveup. The service was horrible. When they acknowledged my presence, they took 5 min to take my order. Not only in a rude manner, but very unprofessional. I ordered a 20$ box. It was packed awful. The food was thrown in the box with everything scattered. Biscuits crushed and the fries were super stale and hard. The man at the drive through was rude. Waited another 10 minutes for order which wasn’t even fresh for that long if a wait! I don’t understand why we pay money for service and then be treated this way.

Well Happy New Year to all! When you think you can’t get surprised from a simple smile and the best customer service, guess again! I would like to send a special shout out to Carlos at this location that made our dine in extra special when he ensured he listened and processed exactly what we wanted for a hungry family of 5! He was patient and catered in a speedy manner. The dine was clean and the staff seemed happy to work here. It’s great to see this level of customer service since all of the craziness in the world. OMG where do I began this place is awful I ordered a three piece meal…they end up giving me three drumsticks only and they were crispy hard like they had it in the fryer to long. I took the box back they told me they only had drumsticks….no thighs or breasts. Told them let me trade it back for tenders. Instead they gave me three tenders more and again it was crispy hard the biscuit was hard like it’s been out for awhile the coleslaw tasted old. I didn’t like the food at all. I’m not ever going to eat here again…..nope I rather go to Churches Chicken down that street.
