Terrible customer service by the drive through. We just wanted some hot sauce after our order was given to us and the women at the drive through completely ignored us. She even closed the window even though she could clearly hear us and see us outside of the drive through window waiting for her. So sad customers have to receive this kind of customer service from such a great restaurant. A gentleman who was not even working the drive through came closer to assist us and apologized. I’m adding the video as proof what happened and to show the woman kept ignoring us on purpose. We love our KFC food, flavor was delicious like always, just that customer service was disappointing.

Food was cold and I got a famous bowl 3 or the 5 pieces of chicken weren’t good or couldn’t be chewed up. But everyone else I was with got something else and it wasn’t bad. Service and time wasn’t long at all.
