Ordered food and got cups for drinks. They had no ice in their machine and when asked about it they said well lots of places don’t have ice, but when the next customer asked about it they went to the drive thru and got them a cup. Then they had no ketchup out , but had hot sauce in the place for ketchup. When asked for some it was an inconvenience. Then got the food and it wasn’t like the order was placed. DEFINITELY would not recommend this restaurant.

I had a delivery order today and they left the entire 16 peice family meal and all sides that accompany it off of my order. Order total was $160 and I did not receive any of the $68.31 family meal. Bag clearly states item 1 of 1 as well

Left a $70 complete order of family tenders and all sides to accompany out of our order. When we called they scolded us for waiting a hour to report it. Tried to tell them it’s a hour to get the food to Orla but it was pointless. Just absolutely horrible customer service.

The bowls are supposed to have the popcorn chicken. Not the tenders just cut up. This causes the breading of the chicken to come off and personally I hate that. This is the only thing I like at kfc so I am very disappointed. Do better.

Worst experience ever at any fast food establishment. If I could give zero stars I definitely would. Apparently they are not in business to sell fried chicken, instead they are in the coupon printing business. I could not buy a 10pc bucket for any price without a coupon. Problem is they apparently mail out the coupons. Since I don’t live in Carlsbad NM, I also don’t receive mail here, I live in Southern Illinois, and my mail goes to my home address. Also this means that I’d you plan to stop by on the way home from work, no coupon, and you’re out of luck. Goodbye KFC, this is one customer that you have lost, here, and at all of your locations. It will be a very cold day in a very hot place before I’ll be back.

We ordered through the drive thru and the food came out hot and within 3 minutes. We had the chicken sandwiches, mashed potato/corn/chicken/*no cheese bowl (forgot the name). As far as I’m concerned, above average all around for a KFC.
