Person who took my order was Jacquin. I asked for my fries to be made to order with 2 PC meal and the Mac n cheese bowl topped with KFC nuggets. All the food came out fresh and piping hot. He was super polite and smiled entire time. The food was really good , but the service was the best I’ve had there. People have always been nice to me there. However this young man shined today. Quick and efficient… But most importantly kept customer service above all else. Ty

Kfc messed up our order but they corrected every issue and made it right. Shy the manager was super nice and helpful! Amazing job!!! Other staff worker who came out to our car 1st (to see what our replacement order was needed) with headset on was also nice didnt get her name but maybe shy knows. She was talking to shy on headset. Dyed red hair i think, young girl. Was may 5th around 2:20pm ish i think. Thank you!!!!

Ordered online. Online said it’d be ready in 3 minutes (typical for KFC anyways). I stood there waiting for 20 minutes, ignored by staff. After 20 minutes they finally told me they were cooking more dark meat and it would be another 20 minutes. They only had about 3-4 drive-thru customers and 3-4 in-store guests in this timeframe. I asked them to cancel the order, which it appears they did, but I have not received a refund 4 days later. I’m having to deal with slow customer service with corporate to obtain a refund.
