It’s 7:52 not even 8pm and they are sold out of chicken!!!! They are open until 10:30 pm how does a chicken place not have any ext chicken in their freezer or something like that. It’s this location in particular. I always have some kind of issue at this place. Unfortunately it’s the closest to me but I’m going to have to drive further now due to the terrible service/availability

I got this dried out garbage tonight. I told the manage she first asked me where it was… I then took this picture to her and stated this garbage should never have been served, I had already thrown it in the garbage after 5-8 bites. I left hungry. The chicken legs I ordered were terrible.

I am unbelievably disappointed. I went through the drive-thru and ordered two boxes of two-piece combo and mashed potatoes with extra gravy. Some genius decided to add barely any potatoes and very little gravy. Not for one box but for both. I’m starting to think something that cost $15 shouldn’t be cheated out like that especially towards the customer when they request just a little bit of more gravy and they decide to rip nearly every single ounce of potato out of the container.

I rarely rate bad experiences but I though it worth it for this one. There were out of white meat chicken pieces (30 minute wait to cook). I got chicken strips instead since they are white meat too. There were dry and rubbery like they had been sitting under a warmer for way too long. Bright side: the staff was friendly.
