ADRIAN is the rudest employee we have ever come across. We were very clear about our order, even said it twice. And he forgot the drinks, we kindly asked for our drinks and he was like “well I didn’t put those in.” We said “but we ordered them.” And he just kept repeating himself in a rude and condescending manner, then said if you want your drinks then you need to drive around and go back through drive thru and re-order them and just walked away. To say the least we did not go all the way around to just give that jerk more of our money and we will definitely never come to this location again if this is how they treat customers. Unacceptable and terrible customer service.

Everything taste good when cooked right unfortunately there is times were the chicken is overcooked, but I understand that nobody is perfect. The mash potatoes are amazingly good and the gravy is phenomenal! The staff is always courteous and friendly. The drive thru lane is always fast. If you are ever hungry for fried chicken then you have come to the right place !

The food was hot. They were pretty busy with online orders, and I didn’t have to wait too long. The only negative was the lid on the to go drink carrier wasn’t screwed on correctly, so it leaked a bit.

These kids with opioid addictions, man. The girl at the drive thru was barely alive. She sounded like she wanted to unalive herself. I waited half an hour before I went inside and asked what happened with my order. The atmosphere in there was depressing.

The black lady who I’m guessing was the manager during the evening hours of June 5th has a very terrible attitude. She clearly doesn’t like her job. They do not respect opening hours, you’re greeted with “we only got thighs and legs” and it’s clear she wanted to go home. If a food establishment closes at 10, then it’s common knowledge that employees are scheduled until at least 11 so that they can begin closing duties AFTER CLOSING. If you want to get ahead and start early, go ahead, but customers who order inside should be able to eat inside. How is the door unlocked, we order, and then are told we have to eat outside so they can mop?? We still had at least 20 minutes.

Ok..it is KFC…but what makes it 5 stars for a national chain fast food. Clean dining room, clean bathroom, a really friendly staff not some ho hum kids who could care less. I wanted 4 drum sticks..they gave me 4. They did it nicely and with care.

This was a delivery order. If I was there I would have returned everything. The tenders are over cooked. Biscuits are hard. Did not get any ranch that I ordered. No plates or utensils that I ordered.

7:36 pm on Sunday evening, the family was craving chicken. Not a good choice, old chicken, crust was hard and dry. One of the worse KFC experience I’ve had in 30 years. Sad to see an old time favorite of mind get push to the bottom of my list of choices in the future. Not a lot of money$25 bucket, but food was barely worth a $5 experience. So many better choices for the money. Will be long time before we do KFC again.
