Nothing but a bunch of kids inside. As soon as I pulled in I was told to park out front… I Waited 20minutes, no food. Go inside and was told “oh, your foods been ready for like 10minutes”. Check it when I get to car and half my food is missing…. after 5 minutes at the bar waiting, listing to people inback talking one came up, told him I’m missing all the nuggets and when he told the (assumed) MOD she said “just go ahead and give it this time”…. what?? I literally brought the food back in if you want to check…. DO BETTER. I just spent over $40, and you’re gonna throw attitude when I’m trying not to come off as a B or a Karen

This is the ONLY place in town that has never messed up our order and the service is always on point! Then last night (5-10-23 around 8pm) I went through the drive thru and received the hands down BEST service! Sadly, I’m not very impressed with the quality anymore. The young man was very courteous and tried to do the best to help exchange some questionable pieces . 8 piece meal $28 ??? Definitely no value. Gave me hard biscuits. Had to wait 15 mins for some fresh ones. I would beware any drive through purchases without doing a good visual before heading home and being disappointed. I live in Fernley. It’s been awhile since I been there and now won’t be coming back again

I’m waiting 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. Finally Grimace comes over and say they have 2 chicken sandwiches, I said I’ll take them. They don’t charge me but instead ignore me for another 5 minutes come up to me and say they had to give one away because they messed up an order. Same thing, another 5 minutes of being ignored and they come up and say they sold the last one I ordered 15 minutes earlier. Garbage.

Not sure if it’s because staff is overwhelmed, new or what but the last 2 times I’ve ordered food online and try to get there around the time they tell me it’s ready, it’s not. The 1st time, they hadn’t gotten to the order yet, waited another 15-20 minutes. The 2nd time, got there 10 minutes after the time and still had to wait 10 minutes while they made more biscuits. Timing is everything, folks, if my food is not ready, don’t tell me it is.
