Ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches with no pickles and a large fries. Didn’t recieve my fries and both sandwhiches had double sided pickles. Ruined my meal. 1 start at this location. Should’ve had Panda Express there I can watch them mess up and correct than expect people to do simple tasks with one customer in line

it’s 7::06pm I’ve been here for about 45 minutes total elapsed time, each employee seems to be untrained/ uncoordinated. The sad fact is that I initially came in through the drive-thru, I was then parked, I came inside after I was pretty much forgotten and after that there was a confusion on the order, each crew member was lost as to when the order would be ready, Really poor service overall here I wouldn’t recommend anyone coming (or at least around this shift time period).
