My experience was horrific someone dropped a soda on the floor cashier did not care that the soda was on the floor no one made no attempt to clean the soda off the floor and that’s where you had to pick up your food from the window so everyone was stepping and sticky soda

They gave me the wrong order and the chicken was not done. The thigh was pink inside which is not what ordered anyway. I spent over 20 dollars for a drumstick, a small mac and cheese and two drinks. I am so disappoint and hungry… NEVER GOING BACK THAT LOCATION!!

Horrible. I stood in line for 10 minutes with my mom and still didn’t get any service. The staff were focused on the drive thru and left the customer in store standing and waiting. We were third in line when we left. I came back inside to take photos and the people that were in front of us were still waiting. They didn’t explain or acknowledge us even after an employee mentioned to the rest of the crew that there were customers. Unprofessional and shocking.
