I don’t appreciate being served a room temperature and stale chicken sandwich. I didn’t pre-order on purpose – but instead ordered at the drive-thru so that the food would be fresh and hot. You let me down and then you don’t answer the phone. Lame! I will contact Corporate.

there was a tiny bit of a wait but they were busy with a lot of drive thru customers and the guy before me was a bit of a nightmare customer. I ordered the $5 fill up special except this KFC was charging $5.99 instead of the advertised $5, due to minimum wage increase? hmmm. the woman helping me was nice though and went out of her way to get my order together swiftly.

KFC ready very quickly! Drive thru open to PM but not past 12. The number 8 is a 3 piece box option with 2 small sides and biscuit but it feels like it could be a 4 piece.

Lies about open hours, leave a customer outside after making eye contact, while the food is out getting cold. Literally the worst customer service, I’ll never order again.

Placed an order Online through their website 30 mins ahead. When i got to restaurant i told an employee who either seemed to be the supervisor or manager on duty about my order pick up. I could see my food on the counter with my name plastered in big writing on the receipt attached to the bag. She said she needed to see my phone with my name on it so i proceeded to show her the email confirmation i received that not only had my name in small print but also the order number. She stared at my phone and then said that she needed to see my name and wouldn’t give me my the food i payed for and walked away. What else was i supposed to show her if not that confirmation email? i even pulled out my I.D so she could see my name and still refused. I then asked a regular employee for help who easily grabbed my order without hesitation and with no issues. Other rude employee could’ve easily matched the order number from email to the receipt but chose not to because she was on a power trip. Letting those 15 to 20 dollars an hour get to her head while serving chicken. Terrible customer Service and should not be in a managerial position if she cant treat customers with respect and find a simple standard solution to an issue.

Ordering after 6:00 p.m. you’re likely to get dried out chicken breasts.
