The parking here sucks. I came at lunch, they were super busy (it’s cool, I get it) but they seemed short staffed and the parking lot is tiny and has weird angles and is just blah. Would definitely go to a different location next time if it’s a busy time.

I had a bad experience here it took forever just to be assisted the supervisor onsite was speaking about company issues with cook infront of me..bad words were used and just to be greeted it took at least 6minutes i just stood there staring waiting ..for a hello welcome…and finally after they were done gossiping they assisted me …the cashier that assisted was very nice tho good job i wish i got his name …the restuarant was dirty and unattended the order took to long i was unsatisfied with my visit i do not reccomend this lication sorry guys but this is not okay

Worst Taco Bell ever. I swear it’s a requirement to have an attitude to work here. Every employee is always rude and acts like it’s a bother for them to take your order. I have yet to run into one nice employee. They will say they can’t hear you in the drive through then when you speak up they yell at you. You just said you can’t hear me! This place either needs new management or just needs to be shut down.

Very un-welcoming & rude. Very unruly attitude. The male window attendant should not be working with the public, or he needs to take some Customer Service classes. At about 4:20pm, we went through drive-through, ordered a 12pc bucket of chicken Family Meal, and the order attendant on the speaker stated we would need to wait 8 minutes for our order, was fine for us. When we got to the pay window, we couldn’t hear the masked worker who gave us a total. I asked him to repeat, & he sounded bothered. When he handed food to me, he didn’t say thank you or give me a receipt. I then checked to make sure all food was in the bag, & we were missing coleslaw. I asked him for my coleslaw & receipt, he handed to me, but didn’t apologize or thank us. Must say the fried chicken was good & juicy, not dry, but this location lacks friendly, appreciative Customer Service. He also forgot to give me the free drink for purchasing a Family Meal.
