I wanna give thanks to the gentleman that attended to me on 4/20/23 in the evening time. I didn’t catch his name. But I had a big order for him and he did a very good job taking my order and making sure everything was in the bag so I didn’t have to come back. He was very patient and friendly as well. In the drive-in we didn’t see what we wanted cuz we didn’t want to drink or a meal so we went inside and they took care of us. Don’t forget the senior discount don’t know if they have a veteran discount or not. Where did the five pieces of chicken and two biscuits only which is exactly what we wanted:-)

If you pay with EBT they give you chicken that’s been sitting in a warmer for god knows how long. When you complain they insist that it’s fresh even though you know the difference. I mean come on! The only thing they do give you fresh is fries but not everytime. If I order with doordash I get everything fresh. EVERYTIME I order with food stamps I get the food they scraped from the bottom of the barrel. The Coronal would be appalled by this food. The same people that have been there since like 2 years ago are giving this place a bad reputation for having poor food and poor customer service. I love KFC when it’s FRESH!

Whatever you do check your bag before you leave! I got all the way home and found they did not give me the famous bowl that I had ordered and paid for. So I called right away but of course they dont answer the phone. 6 times I called and each time it just disconnected. By the time I go down there they will be closed since I saw a girl lock the doors after I left even though it was barely 9:30 and they close at 10. Guess ill be calling head quarters tomorrow.
